★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso questa filiale per riscuotere un assegno di 50€ (rimborso EON), non mi hanno nemmeno fatto entrare ne hanno voluto darmi i soldi perché "Noi non facciamo ste cose qua". Trattato come un pezzente da fuori tramite il citofono. Chiamo la filiale di Favaro Veneto dove con molta gentilezza mi dicono di venire pure che me lo cambiano. Assurdo, sono stato trattato malissimo.
I went to this branch to collect a check for € 50 (EON refund), they didn't even let me in and they wanted to give me the money because "We don't do these things here". Treated like a beggar from the outside via the intercom. I call the branch in Favaro Veneto where they very kindly tell me to come and change it. Absurd, I was treated very badly.

Al mio arrivo nessuno sapeva dell'appuntamento e in 5 minuti sono stato scaricato in quanto non competenti in maniera. Consiglio di rivedere la formazione del personale dei call center
Bad experience: after being contacted by their call center, they made an appointment for me at the branch. Upon my arrival no one knew of the appointment and in 5 minutes I was discharged as not competent in a manner. I recommend reviewing the training of call center staff

Ho preso un appuntamento con Bper online per un mutuo, mi richiamano al telefono e mi fanno andare questa mattina, 17 marzo 2022 ore 9:30 alla filiale di Venezia. Arrivo,banca vuota di clienti, chiedo allo sportellista, mi fa aspettare, arriva un altro che non si qualifica e mi dice ma, noi ultimamente non facciamo consulenze, siamo già pieni di mutui, prendiamo appuntamenti forse da aprile..? Vi rendete conto? Non andate nemmeno a cambiare soldi qui dentro, una vergogna, non ci sono parole ..

I made an appointment with Bper online for a mortgage, they call me back on the phone and let me go this morning, March 17, 2022 at 9:30 am to the Venice branch.
