? Prodotto : davvero di ottima qualità, artigianale e di un bel design moderno, adatto ad un cliente dinamico e innovativo. Tomaia ben bordata, calzata confortevole ed avvolgente, con queste scarpe si può far strada!
✔️ Packaging: scatola laccata bianca con scritta in oro, trasmette eleganza e raffinatezza, adatta per un regalo. All interno le scarpe sono avvolte da strati di velina bianca giustamente disposta. Siceramente mi aspettavo qualcosina in più come i lacci di ricambio, sacchettino antiumidità, bustina con biglietto certificazione qualità/made in italy o una semplice bag.
✅Online & social: c è ancora molto da lavorare,ma penso che l azienda si stia mobilitando dopo il boom di richieste. Per cui non mi sento mi dare un giudizio negativo ma piuttosto dei suggerimenti, non tanto sul sito che penso sia work in progress ma sul post vendita in quale va incentivato, come possibilità di feedback, condivisione foto, ecc
✔️Prezzo: in linea con la qualità.

Assistenza clienti: premettiamo che mi giunge una mail dove mi spiegano che ho sbagliato a fornire l indirizzo, in realtà l azienda ha sbagliato a riportare l indirizzo corretto al corriere, pertanto non mi è stato recapitato in modo celere. Chiamo per chiarimenti e sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili ammettendo il loro errore. Ottimo servizio clienti! Gli errori sono umani ma saperli gestire è un arte.
Conclusione:suggerisco vivamente!!! ?

? Product: really excellent quality, handcrafted and with a beautiful modern design, suitable for a dynamic and innovative customer. Well-edged upper, comfortable and enveloping fit, with these shoes you can make your way!
✔️ Packaging: white lacquered box with gold writing, conveys elegance and refinement, suitable for a gift. Inside, the shoes are wrapped in layers of appropriately placed white tissue. Certainly I was expecting a little something more like spare laces, anti-humidity bag, bag with quality / made in Italy certification ticket or a simple bag.
✅Online & social: there is still a lot of work to be done, but I think the company is mobilizing after the boom in requests. So I don't feel like giving a negative opinion but rather suggestions, not so much on the site which I think is work in progress but on the post-sales in which it should be encouraged, such as the possibility of feedback, photo sharing, etc.
✔️Price: in line with the quality.
? Customer assistance: let's assume that I receive an email explaining that I was wrong to provide the address, in reality the company made a mistake in reporting the correct address to the courier, therefore it was not delivered to me quickly. I call for clarification and they were very friendly and helpful admitting their mistake. Great customer service! Mistakes are human but knowing how to manage them is an art.
Conclusion: I strongly suggest !!! ?
