★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir nahmen an einer Führung teil und obwohl die Caseficio im Stress war wegen eines anstehenden Käsefestivals nahm sich die Besitzerin Laura viel Zeit für die Führung. Sie erklärte uns dabei mit viel Witz und Humor den Herstellungsprozess. Die anschließende Verkostung war umfangreich und sehr lecker! Nach Auskunft von Laura versendet die Caseficio auch EU weit den Käse!
We took part in a tour and although the Caseficio was stressed because of an upcoming cheese festival, the owner Laura took a lot of time for the tour. She explained the manufacturing process to us with a lot of wit and humor. The subsequent tasting was extensive and very tasty! According to Laura, Caseficio also sends the cheese across the EU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi "Casefici Aperti " bella accoglienza. Visita guidata, all'interno dei vari settori lavorativi del parmigiano, molto dettagliata. Apertura forma con relativo assaggio e assaggi di altri loro prodotti, tutti squisiti.
Non potevamo venire senza acquistare: parmigiano reggiano, ricotta freschissima e la deliziosa crema di parmigiano.
Today "Casefici Aperti" a nice welcome. Very detailed guided tour of the various working sectors of Parmesan. Form opening with relative tasting and tasting of other products, all exquisite.
We could not come without buying: Parmigiano Reggiano, very fresh ricotta and the delicious Parmesan cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This authentic small factory is lovely to visit in case you love parmigiano reggiano, but want to avoid mass tourism. We went here for a tasting and we got a lovely tour through the small factory. The people are very friendly and tell you a lot about the process. They have a small shop where they sell home made parmigiano reggiano, so you can take some home.
