È la prima volta che ci vado tornerò per provare altri prodotti. Sono anche molto accoglienti e gentili. Well-stocked shop. Good parmesan and fresh ricotta. F	Federico Stella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un bel posto, il prodotto è sopra la media degli spacci, le caratteristiche sono preservate perché c'è un bel giro e il formaggio è sporzionato è inbustato expresso.dopo una settimana in frigo è uguale a gli altri ,arrivato a casa su una bilancia elettronica di precisione mancavano circa 10 g dal peso sull' etichetta , non mi piace la classificazione dei mesi per la vendita esempio da 16 a 20,non è lo stesso quantitativo che va da 22 a 30 , in fine uno spaccio deve essere competitivo e i prezzi in offerta sono più cari rispetto alle altre offerte ,di 2-3 euro , un punto a favore per la macchina del resto automatico e per l' igene. A tavola ce ne siamo immediatamente accorti. Quindi i modi non troppo gentili della signora sono passabili, Ma la fregatura no. Torno nel caseificio a Castelnuovo non ho mai avuto questi problemi I hadn't been to this store for years. Tonight I went to buy 24 month aged Parmesan but unfortunately it wasn't. Lo frequento da qualche anno ormai è devo dire che il costante impegno e la dedizione con cui è stato amministrato, ha finalmente dato i suoi frutti. Sono certo di poter dire che a Vignola e dintorni non c'è nulla di simile in termini di qualità e peculiarità dei prodotti,. Le commesse sono assolutamente gentili, molto disponibili e competenti. I prodotti sono molto buoni ad un prezzo ragionevole data soprattutto la particolarità degli stessi che normalmente non si trovano in giro.Sul Parmigiano non serve spendere neanche una parola proprio perché assaggiarlo ti lascia appunto senza parole! Trovo davvero interessante la selezione degli affettati in particolar modo la mortadella che addirittura è insaccata e cucita A MANO!! Da provare assolutamente. La nuova veste di cui si è cinta la nuova sede è molto molto bella e ampia,moderna e di buon gusto in grado di offrire alla clientela l'opportunità di vedere anche piccole lavorazioni dato che è tutto "a vista". Igiene è pulizia sembra essere la parola d'ordine, il che non guasta affatto in questo periodo.... Auguro il meglio a tutti e..... continuate con il bellissimo lavoro che fate! Magnificent! I have been attending it for some years now and I must say that the constant commitment and dedication with which it was administered has finally paid off. I am sure I can say that in Vignola and its surroundings there is nothing similar in terms of quality and peculiarities of the products. The sales assistants are absolutely kind, very helpful and competent. The products are very good at a reasonable price given above all the particularity of the same that are not normally found around.You don't need to spend a word on Parmigiano precisely because tasting it leaves you speechless! I find the selection of cold cuts really interesting, especially the mortadella which is even stuffed and hand-sewn !! Absolutely to try. The new appearance of the new headquarters is very very beautiful and large, modern and in good taste, able to offer customers the opportunity to see even small works since everything is "on sight". Hygiene and cleanliness seems to be the watchword, which doesn't hurt at all in this period .... I wish everyone the best and ..... continue with the wonderful job you do!
