★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Giovanna in veste di tecnico, e sono stato colpito dalla sua disponibilità ed estrema gentilezza. Il locale è molto pulito e luminoso con un banco veramente presentato in maniera accattivante. Mi ha colpito molto il gusto della loro mozzarella di bufala vera eccellenza italiana, da provare sicuramente! Nel modenese difficilmente capita di gustare un formaggio di bufala così buono e infatti Giovanna mi ha raccontato la storia di Sapori Campani e del loro punto vendita principale proprio in Campania e si sente che il latte è di qualità ed è sapientemente lavorato. Idem per la ricotta di bufala, che non avveo mai provato, è un tripudio di gusto!!! Lo staff è pronto a guidarvi nell'acquisto con la massima cortesia, e gli imballi sono resistenti e molto protettivi, in modod da garantire l'inalterabilità del prodotto!! Che posso dire di più non vedo l'ora di andarli a trovare di nuovo e fare scorta di mozzarelle!!!! Andateci non ne saprete più fare a meno!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!
 I met Giovanna as a technician, and I was struck by her availability and extreme kindness. The venue is very clean and bright with a really captivatingly presented counter. I was very impressed by the taste of their buffalo mozzarella, true Italian excellence, definitely worth trying! In the Modena area it is difficult to taste such a good buffalo cheese and in fact Giovanna told me the story of Sapori Campani and their main store in Campania and you feel that the milk is of quality and is expertly processed. Ditto for the buffalo ricotta, which I have never tried, is a riot of taste !!! The staff is ready to guide you in the purchase with the utmost courtesy, and the packaging is resistant and very protective, so as to guarantee the inalterability of the product !! What more can I say I can't wait to visit them again and stock up on mozzarella !!!! Go there you will not know how to do without it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

Prodotti dal gusto sublime e dal sapore casareccio che solo in Campania si può degustare!Consigliato vivamente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buon prodotto senza dubbio, ma disorganizzati sono partito per Comprare il prodotto ma non avevano più nulla,percui hanno chiuso 20 minuti prima della chiusura e dopo 20 minuti di viaggio lo presa in quel posto,si può succedere ma nn sono pochi minuti ,anche oggi sono venuto non sapendo che eravate in ferie ,ma chi viene da lontano si basa sul il sito ,gogool map dove ci sono info precise e non era scritto nulla,altro viaggio a vuoto, vabbè cmq bune ferie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran bella sorpresa trovare un caseificio Campano in Emilia. Il latte di bufala proviene dal Casertano ma ci sono anche altri prodotti lavorati con latte locale. Buonissima la mozzarella ottima la ricotta, livello molto alto in generale di tutti i prodotti con selezionati latticini anche affumicati o più asciutti. Speciale il rotolo farcito con grana crudo e rughetta. Personale cortese ed accogliente, difficile chiedere di più.
Great surprise to find a Campano dairy in Emilia. Buffalo milk comes from Caserta but there are also other products made with local milk. Very good mozzarella excellent ricotta, very high level in general of all products with selected dairy products, even smoked or drier. The roll stuffed with raw parmesan and rocket is special. Friendly and welcoming staff, hard to ask for more.
