Pezzi di crosta grandi come chicchi di riso hanno rovinato il mio pranzo e quello dei miei ospiti. Provatelo nella minestra calda prima di venderlo e capirete di cosa parlo. Tuttavia, sono già diverse volte che compro il Parmigiano in vari Supermercati e Conad a Sorrento e mi capitano le bustine da 100gr. andate a male e quindi da buttare. Una sola volta ho reso la bustina avariata e me l'hanno cambiata, ora io ho vergogna di ritornare a reclamare presso i Supermercati e quindi mi rivolgo a Voi affinché si elimina questo inconveniente a sfavore di noi consumatori. In 60 anni mai provato una porcheria simile, anzi forse quando ero in ospedale e mi davano le mini bustine Parmareggio, ugualmente acide. Vediamo di non rovinare un'eccellenza italiana Parmesan 12 months of 1 kg purchased at Esselunga, taleggio consistency, soft and acid crust, impossible to grate.
