★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita un po' veloce, ma prodotti buonissimi. Ho anche comprato della pasta ripiena (tortelli ricotta e zucca) favolosa, come quelli con ricotta e spinaci mangiati sul posto!!
Visit a little quick, but very good products. I also bought some fabulous stuffed pasta (ricotta and pumpkin tortelli), like the ones with ricotta and spinach eaten on the spot !!

Company producing Parmigiano Reggiano of excellent quality / price, friendly and helpful staff,… ..Shop enriched with several local dairy and non-dairy products, wines and other food products. When I come to Modena I always make a stop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi abbiamo visitato questa azienda agricola che produce Parmigiano Reggiano. All'esterno c'è un ampio parcheggio e delle grandi stalle al cui interno vi sono le mucche che producono il latte necessario per la produzione. Ogni ora era possibile fare la visita guidata all'interno dell'azienda. Durante la visita ci hanno mostrato e descritto tutto il procedimento dalla monta del latte fino alla stagionatura della forma di Parmigiano. Alla fine del tour, allo spaccio, oltre al Parmigiano era possibile acquistare altri prodotti di loro produzione come salumi e tortellini. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di questa esperienza che consigliamo vivamente.
Today we visited this farm that produces Parmigiano Reggiano. Outside there is a large parking lot and large stables inside which there are the cows that produce the milk necessary for production. It was possible to take a guided tour inside the company every hour. During the visit they showed us and described the whole process from the whipping of the milk to the aging of the Parmesan cheese. At the end of the tour, in addition to Parmigiano, it was possible to buy other products of their production such as cured meats and tortellini at the shop. We were very happy with this experience which we highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spaccio ricco di prodotti locali tipici a prezzi convenienti: pasta fresca ripiena, formaggi di varie stagionature, latticini freschi, conserve, marmellate e dolci, aceto balsamico ma anche alcune tipologie di vini emiliani locali. Oltre al caseificio, ci sono anche stalla e acetato visitabili.
Peccato per la giornata piovosa, altrimenti meritava una stella in più
