β β β β β Cool if you just want to see the parmesan wheels, disappointing if you actually want to learn about the process of making the cheese.
The tour was not informative at all, and was something like - here are the cows, here we milk them, and here's a giant room with cheese. There was no information on the actual process even when we asked.
In addition, we were not able to taste any cheese. They said it was because of covid but after the disappointing tour we went to another factory, got explanations, tastings and an overall better experience.

Tasteful and organic Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
We've had a tour at the farm with a cute guide which I forgot her name :-(, explained very well and was very welcoming.
The car collection is a great bonus for car enthusiasts.
Must visit again to bring home more cheese.

β β β β β The Parmigiano Reggiano Farm owned by famous "football sticker legend" Umberto Panini.
Π‘heese production is located here. A cheese is stored for a minimum of 24 months to mature β a store room that can hold over 4,000 wheels of cheese at once.
The inspectors of the Consortium of Parmigiano-Reggiano authorise Hombre farm to use the Consortium trademark for one hundred percent of their wheels of cheese β quite a rare occurrence in the cheese business β especially here in Emilia Romagna.

β β β β β Short very nice tour in the Parmegianno Regianno factory and the auto museum. You get tp taste some cheese and buy it in the shop. Maybe 30 minutes tour altogether.

β β β β β Lovely tour with a very knowledgeable guide who spoke perfect English. The cheese was delicious and the shop had many great products to buy. The Maserati museum is another must see on the property. A very special visit overall.
