★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Parmigianino Reggiano, great tour. The Master Cheese maker - Giorgio - seemed a little perturbed by the interruption - but took it in stride and went about his work as our guide Alessandro told us how the cheese was made.
The information about the process going on here is staggering. If you love cheese, you need to go on this tour!
