★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato di domenica per organizzare una visita al caseificio totalmente improvvisata e la signora al telefono è stata gentilissima e mi ha dato tutta la sua disponibilità. Sono aperti anche domenica pomeriggio dalle 4:00. Mi hanno saputo anche consigliare un ottimo ristorante nella loro zona.
La visita con il mastro casaro è stata interessantissima Ci ha spiegato le varie fasi della lavorazione e mostrato le stanze dove viene messo a stagionare il parmigiano.
è possibile comprare nello spaccio aziendale.

 I called on Sunday to organize a totally improvised visit to the dairy and the lady on the phone was very kind and gave me all her availability. They are also open on Sunday afternoon from 4:00. They also knew how to recommend an excellent restaurant in their area.
The visit with the master cheesemaker was very interesting. He explained the various stages of processing and showed us the rooms where the Parmesan is put to mature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il caseificio Rosola è un'esperienza da nn xdere. Prodotti freschi come parmigiano, grana da pasto, ricotta, caciotte, yogurt e una selezione di confetture e marmellate ai frutti di bosco. Nel pascolo antistante il caseificio pascolano le produttrici del latte fresco, di razza bianca tipica dell'appennino, splendide da vedere in piena libertà...?????? (purtroppo nelle emoticon nn c'è sua maestà il Parmigiano Reggiano e questa cosa è terribile?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheese and yogurts are very good. The problem is that they don't give discounts if you are buying really a lot, like 100 eur or more like we did. I find them greedy in that degree. Also, they tried to cheat. I bought stuff for 9 eur but they lied to me that it's 11 eur. I'm pretty sure that they are cheating for bigger amounts as well. So, watch out.

Try it all, buy even more: Parmiggiano Reggiano 36 and 60 mesi (amazing), Maggengo (incredibly tasty), ricotta (fresh as hell), yoghurt, panna cotta and everything else.
