★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato al Consolato Generale del Brasile in Roma all'inizio di luglio, in piena fase 3 dell'emergenza Covid-19. Tutto funziona alla perfezione, personale cortese e professionale. Capacità di parlare sia in italiano che in brasiliani, problema risolto in un paio d'ore.
 I was at the Brazilian Consulate General in Rome in early July, in full phase 3 of the Covid-19 emergency. Everything works perfectly, courteous and professional staff. Ability to speak both in Italian and in Brazilian, problem solved in a couple of hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até chegar na recepção foi ótima ,pessoal educado,o rapaz da portaria muitíssimo educado nota 10, mas quando cheguei no guichê número 8 foi a pior experiência que tive de atendimento em um lugar público,como uma pessoa desta pode representar o Brasil aqui na Itália, a minha pergunta é,porque essa mulher desequilibrada trabalha em um órgão público tão importante,representando um país que é conhecido pela simpatia e alegria? uma senhora mau educada,grossa,arrogante e etc , uma pessoa completamente inadequada para trabalhar com o público, eu que sou uma pessoa muito bem humorada de bem com a vida, conseguiu me deixar de mau humor, meu marido que é italiano e já morou no Brasil, ficou boquiaberto com o comportamento desta senhora ,Espero não precisar voltar nunca mas no consulado brasileiro de Roma. Péssima experiência.
Until arriving at reception it was great, polite staff, very polite concierge, grade 10, but when I arrived at booth number 8 it was the worst experience I had in a public place, as a person like this can represent Brazil here in Italy , my question is, why does this unbalanced woman work in such an important public agency, representing a country that is known for sympathy and joy? a rude, rude, arrogant, etc., a completely inadequate person to work with the public, I am a very good-humored person with good life, managed to put me in a bad mood, my husband who is Italian and has already lived in Brazil, he was amazed at the behavior of this lady, I hope I never need to go back to the Brazilian consulate in Rome. Bad experience.

I live in a small town 4 hours or more from Rome, I've been trying to get information for months, and I have no answer. The phone number never answers. ?

It's been 2 years since I've called the console in Rome without success!!! My son, who is now 20 years old, can't get his passport because I can't speak to anyone, imagine an agenda.... I live in Naples, which makes it very difficult for me to go there! My vote is 000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le 5 stelle sono per Piero e Gustavo che sono stati disponibili e cortesi nell’ascoltarmi e darmi una mano a risolvere un problema del quale non vedevo più la soluzione. Sono stati davvero di una gentilezza e di una professionalità pazzesche. Tutte qualità che non sono poi così scontate da trovare. Non finirò mai di ringraziarli per l’aiuto!!
The 5 stars are for Piero and Gustavo who were helpful and courteous in listening to me and giving me a hand in solving a problem for which I could no longer see the solution. They were truly crazy kind and professional. All qualities that are not so obvious to find. I will never stop thanking them for their help !!
