★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to sit for a while to have a drink but all the cafes and restaurants in Piazza Navona were extremely expensive. This bar was our best choice (coke 3,50€ and latte macchiato 2,50€). The staff were all very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For such an expensive-looking and pricey restaurant, you would expect a friendly staff that speaks the basic english (since it's in the middle of one of the busiest tourist areas) but that's not the truth. Our table was dirty with crumbles before we were sat and was not cleaned until we specifically asked to. Only one girl can speak and understand English there, and she was so friendly, she really was the highlight of the staff. The food was really good and tasty, so it makes up for the lack of good customer service. Overall 3/5 for the good food and the waitress that went beyond her way to take our order (we weren't sat at her section at first)
