★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comunita' congolese a Roma,gestita da tra persone,uno sicuramente sacerdote.La messa e' alle 11.00 la Domenica.Variopinta di colori e iniziative.Hanno sempre il sorriso.Strumenti musicali che vengono suonati .La Santa Messa e' molto bella con balli e canti.
Congolese community in Rome, run by people, one certainly a priest. Mass is at 11.00 on Sunday. Colorful with colors and initiatives. They always have a smile. Musical instruments that are played. Holy Mass is very beautiful with dancing. and sing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iglesia no muy bien cuidada. En un regular estado de conservación. Merece la pena ser visitada por la curiosidad de albergar a la comunidad congoleña. Se pueden apreciar algunas cosas propias de la forma de celebrar la fe en dicha comunidad.
El techo pintado con pinturas de regular calidad.

Unica navata, piccola, intima, abside con copertura ribassata rispetto alle normali chiese che si vedono in giro. Dispiace vederla un pò trascurata, avrebbe bisogno di una restaurazione degli affreschi e delle pareti

Single nave, small, intimate, apse with lowered roof compared to the normal churches that are seen around. Sorry to see it a little neglected, it would need a restoration of the frescoes and walls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avete presente quando girando per mercatini trovate una crosta malmessa e la comprate a pochi euro sapendo di possedere un tesoro? Ecco...la sensazione è la stessa. Chiesa di fattura barocca sembra essere abbandonata già da tempo (facciata lurida tra palazzi ripuliti). Poi entrate e trovate l'incanto di una perla raccolta ma bellissima, a due passi dalla statua di Pasquino, piazza Navona, Museo di Roma...e ignorata. Se non fosse per la comunità congolese sarebbe morta. Ma l'amore e la spiritualità non bastano a salvaguardare le opere d'arte contenute. Bellissimi affreschi, dipinti ed effigi..statue che sembrano raccontare la propria vita...la messa della domenica è come uno spettacolo folcloristico. Assolutamente da recuperare. Guardate le foto e poi tutte le altre recensioni che ho fatto su Roma e le sue meraviglie
You know when wandering around the markets you find a shabby crust and buy it for a few euros knowing you have a treasure? Here ... the feeling is the same. Baroque church seems to have been abandoned for some time (dirty façade between cleaned buildings). Then enter and find the charm of a small but beautiful pearl, a stone's throw from the statue of Pasquino, Piazza Navona, the Museum of Rome ... and ignored. If it weren't for the Congolese community she would have died. But love and spirituality are not enough to safeguard the works of art contained. Beautiful frescoes, paintings and effigies .. statues that seem to tell their own life ... Sunday mass is like a folkloric show. Absolutely to be recovered. Look at the photos and then all the other reviews I have done on Rome and its wonders
