Very helpful, very clear and concise. Answered all my questions, fixed all my problems, kindly. Couldn't be happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcome to hell. When bureaucracy meets Roman customer service. I waited 3 hours for nothing and I made my appointment well in advances and was confirmed. I had to go back some other day. Had enough of incompetency, bad answers, bad looks and hear every 30 min a quarrel between workers and customers and also between customers. If you feel like watching a horror movie, grab some popcorn and come and enjoy the grotesque show
