★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganizzazione massima, fanno solo carte di identità e rilascio certificati elettorali, le prime su appuntamento di almeno 3 mesi prima. Nessun rilascio certificati anagrafici che un tempo facevano. Ovviamente non è colpa del personale.
 Maximum disorganization, they only make identity cards and issue electoral certificates, the first by appointment at least 3 months before. No release of personal certificates that they once did. Obviously it's not the staff's fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato per il rinnovo della carta di identità elettronica. Avevo preso appuntamento a maggio. Secondo me è un sistema che funziona benissimo non si fanno file, si va per orario il personale è gentilissimo ed efficiente e vengono rispettate tutte le norme Covid e aggiungo che finalmente con questa procedura vedo uno snellimento delle procedure della pubblica amministrazione.
I went for the renewal of the electronic identity card. I had made an appointment in May. In my opinion it is a system that works very well, there are no queues, you go on schedule, the staff are very kind and efficient and all Covid regulations are respected and I would add that finally with this procedure I see a streamlining of public administration procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il rinnovo della carta di identità con appuntamento online mi sono trovata con una marea di gente che si è accorta di aver perso la scheda elettorale proprio questa mattina (assurdo veramente) e hanno preteso e torturato i due impiegati che hanno fatto del tutto, per me sono due eroi, e la cosiddetta utenza che ha dato segni di disumanità. Un plauso a questi due impiegati. L'ambiente di questo municipio è piccolo non pulito e con neanche un gel disinfettante.....ripeto complimenti nuovamente ai due impiegati.
For the renewal of the identity card with an online appointment I found myself with a lot of people who realized they had lost their ballot this morning (really absurd) and they demanded and tortured the two employees who did everything, to me are two heroes, and the so-called users who have shown signs of inhumanity. A praise to these two employees. The environment of this town hall is small, not clean and with not even a disinfectant gel ..... I repeat congratulations again to the two employees.
