Value for money, it is the worst box (if you can define it) in Rome. The structures are ridiculous, discrete training quality even if completely lacking the spirit of crossfit, very high costs, probably the highest in the city. Not recommended

Box of adequate size (neither microscopic nor huge) clean and well organized. I found a very welcoming environment, available and prepared. They made me feel at home even away from home. Price for a single lesson absolutely adequate. Recommended
