Circondato da alte montagne ?⛰, è completamente immerso nella natura.
Non sarà una sorpresa trovarsi di fronte la fauna tipica del posto; cervi ?, orsi ?, volpi ? e molto altro.
Varie le attività che si possono fare tra cui escursioni ?, attività legate al lago ? e un'imperdibile visita al centro storico e ai suoi affacci nascosti ?, belli come pochi.

La natura è sia panoramica ma soprattutto a Barrea si è a contatto con animali vivi in maniera quotidiana. Cervi cerbiatti cavalli sono presenti numerosi ed è uno spettacolo Ve lo assicuro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il borgo di Barrea, sito nel cuore del Parco Nazionale, è una località turistica dell'Abruzzo.
Una delle attrazioni è costituita dal lago di Barrea, un lago artificiale nato dallo sbarramento del fiume Sangro, sulle cui rive sorgono bar, ristoranti e campeggi. Poi c'è il borgo medievale, che è molto carino, con il castello Monumentale, il museo della civiltà Safina. Degne di nota sono la chiesa di San Tommaso Apostolo edificata nel XIII secolo e la chiesa della Madonna delle Grazie risalente al XIV secolo.

The village of Barrea, located in the heart of the National Park, is a tourist resort in Abruzzo.
One of the attractions is the lake of Barrea, an artificial lake born from the damming of the Sangro river, on whose banks there are bars, restaurants and campsites. Then there is the medieval village, which is very nice, with the Monumental castle, the museum of Safina civilization. Worthy of note are the church of San Tommaso Apostolo built in the thirteenth century and the church of the Madonna delle Grazie dating back to the fourteenth century.
