L	LORENZO BENZI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la mia azienda ci siamo sempre rivolti ad un piccolo fornitore per sistemare la rete anziendale ed i pc interni. Oltreché essere diventato un amico, ci faceva un trattamento di favore e, ad intervento effettuato, facevamo una buona cena in un locale a base di carne. La settimana scorsa abbiamo chiesto un intervento per un pc che era diventato lentissimo e faceva un rumore strano... ...un giorno di attesa per l'intervento e, haimè la diagnosi: "la macchima è troppo vecchia e non conviene ripararla". Gli abbiamo fatto presente che il pc aveva solo 3 anni di vita ma, il precedente fornitore non ha voluto sentire ragioni. Abbiamo deciso allora di fare una ricerca in rete e chiedere un altro preventivo. Chiamiamo la "Computer Asistance" e ci risponde una gentilissima signorina, la quale promette di farci chiamare a breve da un tecnico. Ci contatta il Signor Paolo Centroni, il quale ci comunica che dovrebbe fare un intervento in azienda per verificare il problema. Arriva in azienda nel giro di qualche ora e, si porta via il terminale, promettendi di riuscire a "salvare la macchina" senza sostituirla. Volete sapere com'è andata a finire? Il giorno successivo, ci ha portato il pc completamente rimesso a nuovo, con un hard disk allo stato solido ed abbiamo spesso una cifra veramente abbordabile. Ci è stato inoltre proposto un contratto di assistenza e manutenzione e, non potevamo fare altro che accettare. Assolutamente consigliati, per la loro rapidità e la loro professionalità. We call the "Computer Asistance" and answers a very kind lady, who promises to call us shortly by a technician. Contact us Mr. Paolo Centroni, who tells us that he should do an intervention in the company to verify the problem. He arrives at the company within a few hours and takes the terminal away, promising to be able to "save the car" without replacing it. Do you want to know how it ended? The next day, he brought the computer completely refurbished, with a solid state hard drive and we often have a really affordable amount. We were also offered a service and maintenance contract, and we could not help but accept. Absolutely recommended, for their speed and their professionalism.

Tutte le volte che mi sono rivolto a Computer Assistance ho avuto la soluzione in pochi minuti con professionalità ed attenzione alle mie esigenze. Il servizio non si è mai interrotto, neppure in fase COVID perchè CA opera meravigliosamente anche da remoto!Estrema cura ed attenzione anche alle norme igieniche e di sicurezza: l'ho consigliato a terzi e continuerò a farlo. Provare per credere. Not a solution, but LA sukuzione. Every time I turned to Computer Assistance I had the solution in a few minutes with professionalism and attention to my needs. The service has never stopped, not even in the COVID phase because CA works wonderfully even remotely! Extreme care and attention also to hygiene and safety standards: I have recommended it to third parties and I will continue to do so. Seeing is believing.

Vi ho acquistato PC e portatili ai quali è sempre stata dedicata attenta assistenza, anche in remoto, mai tradita. Ultimamente è stata data nuova vita a un portatile "incriccato". Mi sono reso conto che, per gli apparecchi di tecnologia, conviene affidarsi ad esperti come la Computer Assistance, piuttosto che acquistare on line. Quando hai un problema come il mio, se acquisti on line, non riesci a parlare con nessuno. Davvero grazie per avermi ascoltato e per aver risolto il mio problema, nonostante foste fuori orario. Assolutamente consigliati. I had a problem with a tablet purchased on Amazon. I found professionalism and rapid response. I realized that, for technology devices, it is better to rely on experts such as Computer Assistance, rather than buying online. When you have a problem like mine, if you shop online, you can't talk to anyone. Really thank you for listening to me and for solving my problem, despite being out of hours. Absolutely recommended.

Scortesia pura!Sono passato questa mattina e in modo molto cafone il proprietario mi ripeteva di alzarmi la mascherina, che io indossavo ,mentre lui stava al telefono e non la indossava! Ignorante con occhi caprini ,non professionale. Sconsiglio a tutti! Poveracci, ricordo la ragazza che mi guardava mortificata , mi ricordava vagamente la moglie di Fantozzi. Gli ho portato un PC portatile con la scocca danneggiata internamente dove si agganciano le cerniere del display, rendendo di fatto impossibile aprire e chiudere il coperchio. Inoltre era rotto l'attacco dell'alimentazione. Gratuitamente e senza impegno, hanno preso in carico il PC per esaminarlo e dopo qualche giorno mi è stato fornito un preventivo chiaro e trasparente. Ho potuto pensarci su e ho deciso di procedere con la riparazione, e non me ne pento. Lavoro eseguito alla perfezione, il PC è come nuovo. Inoltre, essendo in partenza, il negozio è stato gentilissimo nel cercare di stringere i tempi per venirmi in contro. Avevo già riparato diversi anni fa da loro il portatile di mio padre e anche in quell'occasione era stato fatto alla perfezione un intervento complesso direttamente sulla scheda madre. Consiglio moltissimo questo negozio. Great professionalism and kindness. I could think about it and decided to proceed with the repair, and I don't regret it. Job done perfectly, the PC is as good as new. Also, being leaving, the shop was very kind in trying to tighten the time to come in against me. I had already repaired my father's laptop several years ago by them and even on that occasion a complex intervention was done to perfection directly on the motherboard. I highly recommend this shop.
