Mi sono sempre trovata bene e le consiglio a tutte/i. Isa, Maddi de Alessia are super competent and super nice. I've been going to them for waxing, lasers, cuts, hairstyles and the rest for almost 10 years now. I have always enjoyed it and I recommend them to everyone.

Ottima accoglienza, personale competente, molto professionale e simpatico ed ottimi risultati con capelli più folti e robusti. Sicuramente consigliato!!! Insistenza pressante per l'acquisto dei suoi prodotti. Prima di giudicare il lavoro degli altri bisogna sapersi fare un un'autovalutazione. Non consiglio assolutamente. I did the "eliminator" treatment for split ends. Result: € 50 thrown in the garbage and hours spent unnecessarily. Urgent insistence on purchasing its products. Sono molto soddisfatta ed ho portato anche mia madre la quale, benché sempre super esigente, è rimasta altrettanto contenta. Provare per credere! The girls are kind, professional and on time. Isabella, Maddalena e Alessia sono gentili, disponibili e preparate. I prezzi mi sembrano adeguati ai servizi offerti e i prodotti utilizzati sono di buona qualità. L'unico motivo per cui metto 4 stelle anziché 5 è il seguente: due volte è capitato che il mio appuntamento fosse sparito dal sistema, pertanto non ho potuto usufruirne nell'ora/data prestabilita, ma è stato necessario riprogrammarlo e tornare in un altro momento. A parte questi episodi (penso si sia trattato di problemi tecnici), lo staff è sempre venuto incontro alle mie richieste di orari e giorni in fase di programmazione appuntamenti. Isabella, Maddalena and Alessia are kind, helpful and prepared. The prices seem adequate to the services offered and the products used are of good quality. The only reason why I put 4 stars instead of 5 is the following: twice it happened that my appointment had disappeared from the system, therefore I could not use it in the set time / date, but it was necessary to reschedule it and go back to another moment. Apart from these episodes (I think it was technical problems), the staff has always met my requests for times and days when scheduling appointments.

Ogni volta e’ un piacere farsi coccolare dalle mani competenti della titolare Isa e della collaboratrice Alessia, altrettanto professionale! Hanno la capacità di ascoltare le esigenze di ogni singolo cliente. All’interno del salone potete trovare anche il centro estetico gestito da Maddy. Tutti i trattamenti sono soddisfacenti e con macchinari e prodotti di alta qualità! Quindi… non vi resta che provare!!! Absolutely recommended !!! Cozy place, kind and prepared staff. Quando sono arrivata la prima volta nel centro sono stata accolta con gentilezza le ragazze sono davvero carine, Maddalena mi ha fatto la prima ceretta completa, non solo è stata bravissima ma anche molto veloce. Mentre la parrucchiera mi ha fatto una piega da urlo, per non parlare dei loro trattamenti che comprendono anche dei massaggi in una stanza buia con degli oli essenziali ed una musica leggera in sottofondo.(ho rischiato di addormentarmi) Che dire mi sono travata benissimo, ci sono già ritornata e sicuramente ci ritornerò. Mi sono recata casualmente in questo negozio ma mi sono trovata molto bene. Prima di iniziare mi hanno chiesto approfonditamente cosa volevo e la titolare si è anche informata sui trattamenti eseguiti di recente sui capelli per capire come operare al meglio. Il balayage è stato eseguito da Alessia che è stata molto gentile con me. Lo consiglio. I brought a photograph and they knew how to replicate it perfectly.
