Il martedì mi presento, il pezzo non è ancora arrivato ma non sono stato avvisato. Il giorno dopo mi presento e di nuovo il pezzo non c'è ma non sono stato avvisato. In totale mi sono recato 5 volte per poter concludere il lavoro, pagato in anticipo. Ma la cosa più bella è che scopro ora che si è creato un problema con l'audio dei contenuti multimediali che prima non c'era. Un insieme di mancanza di professionalità, capacità e menefreghismo senza precedenti. State lontani da questo negozio se volete tenervi funzionanti i vostri dispositivi.

On Tuesday I introduce myself, the piece has not yet arrived but I have not been notified. The next day I show up and again the piece is not there but I have not been notified. In total I went 5 times to be able to finish the job, paid in advance. But the best part is that I now discover that there is a problem with the audio of the multimedia contents that was not there before. A combination of unprecedented lack of professionalism, ability and indifference. Stay away from this shop if you want to keep your devices working.
