A	Alessandro F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato a riparare schermo+display samsung s7,oltre al preventivo di 250 euro me l hanno menata un ora per estorcermi altri 40 euro dal preventivo per non perdere i dati(cosa centra la memoria col display lo sanno solo loro),ho detto che piuttosto avrei perso tutto perche gia il preventivo era alto e perche' queste richieste mi sono sembrate un insulto all intelligenza,oltretutto ormai il telefono l'avevano loro e ho accettato solo per far ritornare il telefono nelle mie mani il prima possibile visto che ci lavoro,tutte frottole raccontate sul fatto che conveniva farlo da loro per mantenere la garanzia samsung ecc,quindi ok accetto pago e dopo 2 sett circa ritiro il cell(e guarda caso i dati erano ancora tutti li)a distanza di mesi mi si rompe la parte posteriore del telefono lo porto alla samsung e loro dicono che il telefono non e mai passato da alcun Punto si assistenza samsung e che si rifiutano di farmi la riparazione(ovviamente contro il loro interesse perche era a pagamento)perche il display e stato cambiato da nonsochi' e che andando a toccarmi la parte posteriore c'e' il rischio di rompere lo schermo davanti,ciliegina sulla torta chiedo in assistenza samsung originale quanto sarebbe costato cambiare display e vetro da loro e mi dicono 160 euro.ne ho pagati 90 in piu per farlo riparare da chissa quale laboratorio(non in assistenza samsung come mi era stato detto),perdere la garanzia, e non riuscire manco a riparare un danno a pagamento Taken to repair screen + samsung s7 display, in addition to the estimate of 250 euros, they took me an hour to extort another 40 euros from the estimate so as not to lose the data (what the memory has to do with the display only they know), I said that rather I would have lost everything because the quote was already high and because these requests seemed to me an insult to intelligence, plus they had the phone now and I accepted only to return the phone to my hands as soon as possible since I work there, all lies told that it was convenient to do it by them to maintain the Samsung warranty etc. of the phone I take it to the samsung and they say that the phone has never gone to any Samsung assistance point and that they refuse to repair me (obviously against their interest because it was paid) because he the display has been changed by nonsochi 'and that going to touch the back there is the risk of breaking the front screen, icing on the cake I ask in original samsung assistance how much it would have cost to change the display and glass from them and they tell me 160 euro.ne I paid 90 more to have it repaired by who knows which laboratory (not in samsung assistance as I was told), lose the warranty, and fail to fail to repair damage for a fee

Mi hanno chiamata per il ritiro ho chiesto addirittura l'orario FI chiusura ho tutte le e-mail della wind di accettazione e stasera non mi hanno consegnato il telefono perche dicono che loro non hanno l'ok....sono persone che non.
