Prima di recarmi nello store li avevo contattati telefonicamente per verificarne la disponibilità, la Sig.na Nadia da subito è stata molto cordiale e mi ha fatto presente che volendo (a pagamento) per la configurazione di tutti i dati se ne potevano occupare loro. Nel punto vendita non ho potuto che constatare l’efficienza, la professionalità e la disponibilità dello staff nei confronti dei clienti (dote assai rara di questi tempi). Andrea oltre ad avermi pazientemente assistita durante tutto l’acquisto, ha saputo fornirmi spiegazioni e suggerimenti utili. Bravi ci sapete fare! I bought an iPhone 12 on Friday, August 20th. Before going to the store I had contacted them by phone to check availability, Miss Nadia was immediately very friendly and pointed out that if they wanted (for a fee) to configure all the data, they could take care of it. In the store I could only see the efficiency, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff towards customers (a very rare skill these days). Andrea, in addition to patiently assisting me throughout the purchase, was able to provide me with useful explanations and suggestions. Well done, you know how to do it!

Ho sempre incontrato personale molto cortese e disponibile sopratutto la sig.na Nadia. Personale anche competente. Ma nell'ultimo acquisto effettuato una settimana fa (1 televisore) ho riscontrato sempre gentilezza e cortesia nelle trattative preliminari e nella consegna ma confusione nelle informazioni successive e maleducazione da parte del titolare. Spero sia solo una situazione temporanea post covid. In this shop I have bought in the last nine years: 1 washing machine 1 dishwasher 3 televisions 1 computer 1 smartphone 1 decoder. I have always met very courteous and helpful staff especially Miss Nadia. Also competent staff. But in the last purchase made a week ago (1 TV) I always found kindness and courtesy in the preliminary negotiations and in the delivery but confusion in the subsequent information and rudeness on the part of the owner. Hope it's just a temporary post covid situation.
