Un elogio al personale per la tempestività nella diagnostica, la cortesia dimostrata, la serenità dell’ambiente. Arrivato in ambulanza x morso di cane manco mi hanno fatto l'antitetanica nonostante gli avessi detto che non ero coperto da tanti anni... Medico poco professionale, non mi ha visitato,infatti talmente attento che sul referto ha scritto tre volte che il morso era sul braccio sinistro e una volta sul braccio destro (quello realmente lesionato). Gli infermieri erano più competenti di lui, sembrava lì tanto x fare. X finire in bellezza due giorni dopo vado x ritirare la lastra del pronto soccorso e mi viene detto che dovevo pagarla, sarà pure privato ma il pronto soccorso dalla mia esperienza personale non mi sembra x niente all'altezza... Sembra siano rimasti negli anni 80, solo più caotico. Appointment times for outpatient visits, punctually disregarded. Booking system still uses diaries and pens. v	valeria capeti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sera del 3 giugno 2021, mi presento in pronto soccorso per una sospetta labirintite, dopo aver sentito la guardia medica ed essere passata per il Civile, che era al collasso, con tempi di attesa di 8 ore. Mi accoglie una infermiera, che mi fa sedere su una sedia a rotelle (dato che ho capogiri e nausea) e io li avverto che non ho febbre e ho fatto il primo vaccino contro il coronavirus. Un infermiere presente al triage, mi dice che non sono protetta in alcun modo dal rischio di prendere il covid in Ospedale (chiaramente indosso la mascherina). Mi avvertono poi che non è presente un otorino e mi visiterà, dopo qualche ora di attesa, un medico che mi farà probabilmente una tac. Chiaramente, nessun accompagnatore può rimanere in saletta di attesa, così si è soli, con capogiri e vomito. Preferisco andarmene. Maleducati e poco professionali. Addio. Il personale, nonostante sia in numero esiguo per poter fare fronte con serenità a tutti gli accessi smistati dal 118, ha una professionalità ed una pazienza encomiabili. I was discharged from the emergency room a little while ago. Ma sia il personale infermieristico che medico ha cercato di farmi stare meglio, nonostante la mancanza di personale e il pronto soccorso pieno, se la sono cavati molto bene... Grazie per l'interesse dimostrato nei miei confronti. Ottima professionalità, competenza e umanità. E a chi si lamenta, stateci voi dal lato di chi ci lavora, poi capite cosa significa... In ps for gastroenteritis, I was very very sick ... But both the nurses and doctors tried to make me feel better, despite the lack of staff and the full emergency room, they did very well ...
