La situazione era grave ma grazie all'impegno e alla professionalità del personale tutto si è risolto per il meglio e la piccola Cleo è tornata a casa. Volevo ringraziare in modo particolare la Dottoressa Daniela Di Micieli per l'ottimo lavoro e l'umanità dimostrata. I came to this clinic for an emergency, my 2 month old kitty was mistakenly poisoned by a dog anti-parasite drug. The situation was serious but thanks to the commitment and professionalism of the staff everything was resolved for the best and little Cleo went home. I wanted to thank in particular Dr. Daniela Di Micieli for the excellent work and humanity shown.

Era domenica, il chirurgo non era di turno, ma alla telefonata della dottoressa in turno quella domenica, il dottor Serena è subito intervenuto operando il nostro gattino. Appena finito di operare, ci ha telefonato per comunicarci l'esito positivo dell'operazione. Sono sempre rimasta in contatto con la clinica anche dopo il rientro di Wolverine a casa. Ora il nostro gattino sta bene ed è tornato a giocare!! Grazie infinite a tutti per aver salvato la vita al nostro Wolverine. La dottoressa Di Miceli che l'ha seguita è stata davvero meravigliosa e di una sensibilità incredibile, ama davvero il suo lavoro e i suoi pazienti. Professionalità ? I had a great time in this clinic where I had to leave my dog Penny for 5 days for urgent care ... the staff all took care of her and did not miss anything. Dr. Di Miceli who followed her was truly wonderful and incredibly sensitive, she truly loves her work and her patients. Professionalism ?

Il mio cane è sempre stato molto sospettoso con gli estranei, con il dottor Bosco è stato amore a prima vista. In un secondo momento abbiamo tolto una cisti ma Ercole ha ben pensato di togliersi i punti... è stato di nuovo operato, lo hanno tenuto una notte per abituarlo al collare elisabettiano, e quando sono andata a riprenderlo era diventato la loro mascotte, seguiva il dottore ovunque. Credo che ci sia molta umanità nelle persone se un cane si affeziona così. Grazie di cuore a tutti. Ma loro niente sempre disponibili anche se col senno di poi mi rendo conto di non essere stato tanto educato, ma loro comunque hanno sopportato tutto. Vi chiedo scusa e grazie di tutto. E grazie anche per averci consigliato l'associazione arcobaleno per la cremazione. Grazie grazie Good and professional. Uno dei medici ha in pratica assistito da remoto al travaglio della mia giovane gattina, sopportando con pazienza la mia ansia e apprensione, prendendosi poi cura di uno dei cuccioli che purtroppo soffriva molto e ho dovuto portare in clinica da loro. In altre occasioni si sono dimostrati competenti, calmi e con un’assistenza, anche telefonica, che non mi aspettavo. La ragazza dell’accoglienza è di una gentilezza e disponibilità eccezionali.
