Gli eventi mi hanno portato a seguire il consiglio di una educatrice della quale ho appena iniziato a fidarmi, nel cambiare veterinario, e devo ammettere la mia grande sorpresa nel constatare un approccio totalmente diverso, meno impersonale e più disteso e tranquillo dal punto di vista umano. Dal punto di vista professionale molta serietà: Il motivo? Alla nostra quinta visita al "della Valle" abbiamo pagato 44€ terapia compresa, e per una seconda questione abbiamo ricevuto una diagnosi completamente errata. Dal veterinario consigliato: prima visita più terapia 0€. I personally had the impression that, being my first experience with a puppy dog, they took advantage of it. In tre settimane ho portato il mio cucciolo almeno 4 volte. Solo una dottoressa, più scrupolosa delle altre, mi prescrive un esame specifico e arriviamo a scoprire la malattia che da disturbi al mio cane. Non vengo contattata per l’esito dell’esame, lo scopro 3 gg dopo quando ho possibilità di recarmi nella clinica, causa impegni lavorativi. Mi prescrivono un antibiotico senza darmi grandi spiegazioni, così mi reco da un altro veterinario per un parere il quale mi dice che non è adatto per debellare il virus in quando ha una dose di principio attivo 5 volte sotto la norma consiglita dagli studi medici. Inoltre quell’esame di prassi viene fatto subito per i cuccioli in quanto è la causa principali dei disturbi che presentava il mio cane. I prescribe an antibiotic without giving me great explanations, so I go to another veterinarian for an opinion which tells me that it is not suitable to eradicate the virus when it has a dose of active ingredient 5 times below the standard recommended by medical studies. In addition, that examination of practice is made immediately for puppies as it is the main cause of the disorders that presented my dog. Unfortunately I can not recommend this clinic

Con dolcezza e per questo vi ringrazio ancora tantissimo, onestissimo anche con i prezzi, ma sinceramente, e scusate se lo dico, chi parla di prezzi vuol dire che da un prezzo alla vita del proprio amico a 4 zampe allora ti chiedo, tu quanto saresti disposto a pagare per la tua salute o vita stessa? Prima di parlare di prezzi parlate di amore per iil proprio amico a 4 zampe poi... Forse... Oltre alla professionalità c'è anche una qualità più unica che rara: la sensibilità... E loro ne hanno da vendere. Grazie. I recommend this clinic especially the arrighi and bianchi doctors. Verrete trattati come “quelli col cane problematico”. Verrete guardati come se fosse voi un problema, con compassione e fastidio. Not recommended if you have a cowardly dog who gets nervous at the sight of the vet and doesn't want to be touched and maybe tries to bite. You will be treated as "those with the problem dog". You will be looked at as if you were a problem, with compassion and annoyance.
