Ho deciso subito che verro' sempre in questa clinica. Very kind, helpful, competent. It was the first time I approached them for my dog. I decided right away that I will always come to this clinic.

Sono anni che affido la cura del mio il mio animale domestico a questa clinica e sulla mia esperienza posso dire che i medici sono qualificati e di grande umanità. Clean environment .. inside the waiting rooms allow the distancing .. and are equipped with sanitizer dispenser .. the entrance is allowed by appointment. Il personale si è dimostrato molto competente, premuroso e disponibile. Sono molto grata per il lavoro che hanno svolto e per questo consiglio caldamente questa clinica veterinaria. I brought my little dog Ruben in urgency with a major head injury and I was offered an immediate and excellent service. The staff proved to be very competent, attentive and helpful. Giudicare l’operato dei colleghi che hanno curato il gatto prima di loro con risate sarcastiche e occhi al cielo è oltre che irrispettoso anche poco rassicurante, soprattutto se davanti ci sono due padroni spaventati che si stanno affidando ai medici per guarire il proprio animale. In situazioni delicate come la nostra oltre che le competenze mediche è necessaria empatia con i padroni. Ambiente pulito, norme anti COVID seguite perfettamente e prezzi più o meno in linea con le altre cliniche. Purtroppo l’atteggiamento ha reso l’esperienza completamente negativa. Non prenderemo più in considerazione questa clinica. Undoubtedly good at their job, but in my opinion little professionalism and little empathy. Judging the work of colleagues who treated the cat before them with sarcastic laughter and eyes to heaven is not only disrespectful but also not very reassuring, especially if there are two frightened owners who are relying on doctors to heal their pet. In delicate situations like ours, as well as medical skills, empathy with the bosses is necessary. Clean environment, anti-COVID regulations perfectly followed and prices more or less in line with other clinics. Unfortunately, the attitude made the experience completely negative. We will no longer consider this clinic.
