Perfect first visit, second with plates to forget. Everything in a hurry, too many appointments and I did not receive the report .. called back the next day to have the report by mail but never received.

Alla fine mi sono ritrovata una spesa di 270 euro contro un prezzo dalle 80 alle 150 euro poi verificato da veterinari diversi. Quando mi sono lamentata del trattamento ricevuto il dott. Elli che sconsiglio vivamente è stato un grande arrogante. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. Chiedete prima il preventivo o voi che entrate, perché come detto dal veterinario, lui è un libero professionista e applica il prezzo che gli pare!
I took my puppy to make some plates, when I asked for the quote I was not communicated. In the end I found myself spending 270 euros against a price of 80 to 150 euros which was then verified by different veterinarians. When I complained about the treatment, Dr. Elli who I strongly advise against was a big arrogant. I strongly advise against it. Ask first for the quote or you who enter, because as said by the vet, he is a freelancer and applies the price he likes!
