e	enzo colantonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa.. garanzia inesistente e servizio post vendita pessima..comprato 35 portaprezzi per fogli A4 dopo un anno sono inutilizzabili (e i problemi si sono verificati già prima) perché si sono piegati e non stanno più dritti e per sistemarli chiedono pure i soldi ho provato a fargli capire il problema ma dicono che non è colpa loro e che io li ho voluti così ( falsissimo non lavoro il plexglass e non posso sapere se un prodotto è valido o meno ho solo dato l'idea di come li volevo poi hanno fatto tutto loro cambiando base e inclinazione garantendomi che sarebbe stato perfetto) cmq già lì fa capire la loro professionalità, io cliente se richiedo un prodotto come minimo mi devi avvisare sulle possibili problematiche che si possono verificare e come poter intervenire per poter evitarle. Niente non ci sentono.Morale 2000 euro buttati. Negative experience .. non-existent warranty and bad after-sales service .. bought 35 price holders for A4 sheets after one year they are unusable (and the problems have already occurred before) because they are bent and no longer straight and to fix them they also ask for money I I tried to make them understand the problem but they say that it is not their fault and that I wanted them like this (very false I do not work the plexglass and I cannot know if a product is valid or not I just gave the idea of how I wanted them then they did all of them changing base and inclination guaranteeing me that it would have been perfect) cmq already there it makes us understand their professionalism, I, the customer, if I request a product at least you have to warn me about the possible problems that may occur and how to intervene in order to avoid them. Nothing they do not hear us.Moral 2000 euro thrown away.
