★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastici, disponibili, gentilissimi e bravissimi!!! Li avevo già conosciuti e apprezzati per le cure al mio gatto più anziano, ma questa volta si sono superati quando ho portato disperata il mio gattino di 1 anno che aveva avuto la meravigliosa idea di mangiare un nastro di toulle di 30 cm!!!!
Operato d'urgenza ed è andato tutto benissimo!!! per tutti i 5 giorni di ricovero chiamavo mattina e sera per sentire il decorso e li ho trovati sempre tutti gentili e disponibilissimi......grazie veramente a tutti e In particolare al dr. Lorenzo. Grazie.
 Fantastic, helpful, very kind and very good !!! I had already known and appreciated them for the care of my older cat, but this time they surpassed themselves when I desperately brought my 1 year old kitten who had the wonderful idea of eating a 30 cm toulle tape !!!!
Emergency surgery and everything went very well !!! for all 5 days of hospitalization I called morning and evening to hear the progress and I always found them all kind and extremely available ...... thanks to everyone and in particular to dr. Lorenzo. Thank you.

Non posso altro che dire che sono stati meravigliosi, attenti, mi hanno ascoltato e sono stati pazienti. Mi hanno saputo guidare ed hanno gestito la mia richiesta con eccellenza. Non posso che consigliarli e ringraziare soprattutto la dottoressa Berto e il dottor Masetto. Un saluto da me ( Michela) ma soprattutto da Pesy il mio amato cagnolino
I would like to share my experience remotely with this clinic.
I can only say that they were wonderful, attentive, they listened to me and they were patient. They knew how to guide me and handled my request with excellence. I can only recommend them and thank especially Dr. Berto and Dr. Masetto. Greetings from me (Michela) but especially from Pesy my beloved dog

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia gattina che aveva un problema all'occhio, sembrava congiuntivite.
Prima visita: 40 euro. Diagnosi vaga e preoccupante. Prescrizione errata di un farmaco. Il veterinario che l'ha visitata ha, però, consigliato una visita specialistica.
Lo specialista ha visitato la gattina per meno di 15 minuti: 120 euro.
Tra visite e farmaci se ne sono andati 4 giorni di terapie non effettuate e 200 euro. Il tutto per una diagnosi di herpes.
Fate voi.
I took my kitten who had an eye problem, it looked like conjunctivitis.
First visit: 40 euros. Vague and troubling diagnosis. Wrong prescription of a drug. The veterinarian who visited her, however, recommended a specialist visit.
The specialist visited the kitten for less than 15 minutes: 120 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per nulla affidabili. Non hanno diagnosticato al mio cagnolone una bronchite divenuta poi con gli anni cronica che lo sta portando alla morte. Era da parecchi anni che continuavo a ribadire il fatto che il mio Bau tossisce sempre!! Visitato sempre negli anni molto superficialmente, la dott.ssa mi presciveva un farmaco e via....
Quando il padrone continua a dirti che il cane sta male e tossisce sempre perlomeno gli fai una radiografia o comunque indaghi più a fondo i suoi polmoni (io non sono una veterinaria ma quando un padrone ogni volta ti dice il cane tossisce sempre forse qualche domanda me la farei).
Morale, negli anni una semplice bronchite non diagnostica sta prtando il mio Bau alla morte....Ora ho cambiato veterinario, ho cercato competenza e professionalità e l'ho trovata....tanto se devo comunque pagare.....almeno scelgo un veterinario che si ponga il problema ed infatti così è stato ma oramai troppo tardi.
L'incompetenza e la superficialità per loro la fanno da padroni oltre al dio denaro ovviamente.
Visite saltate perché la dottoressa era in ferie e io non ero stata avvisata...
Analisi"contaminate" a causa loro (hanno perfino cercato dare la colpa a me, no comment) ma comunque preteso il pagamento, attese infinite nonostante l'app.to già fissato, ambiente sporco etc...etc
Veramente pessimi e poco professionali! Mai più!

Not at all reliable. They did not diagnose my dog with bronchitis which later became chronic over the years and which is leading to his death. It was several years that I kept reiterating the fact that my Bau is always coughing !! Always visited over the years very superficially, the doctor prescribed me a drug and so on ....
When the owner continues to tell you that the dog is sick and is always coughing at least you do an x-ray or at least investigate his lungs more thoroughly (I am not a veterinarian but when an owner tells you every time the dog always coughs maybe a few questions me I would).
Moral, over the years a simple non-diagnostic bronchitis is prtando my Bau to death .... Now I changed vet, I looked for competence and professionalism and I found it .... so much if I still have to pay ..... at least I choose a veterinarian who asks himself the problem and in fact it did but by now too late.
Incompetence and superficiality are the masters for them in addition to the god of money of course.
Visits skipped because the doctor was on vacation and I had not been notified ...
Analysis "contaminated" because of them (they even tried to blame me, no comment) but still demanded payment, endless waits despite the app already set, dirty environment etc ... etc
Really bad and unprofessional! Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dottoressa era arrivata poco prima per il turno di notte / emergency. Abbiamo portato la nostra gattina che non stava bene. 19.30.
Ha gestito la pratica in una maniera impeccabile, nonostante che ovviamente a quell' ora era sola e poco prima ha avuto un caso complicato. Tornati a casa la gattina stava subito meglio ed adesso è qui che ringrazia....) Era la nostra prima visita e così abbiamo approfitto di registrarla, per ulteriori esami di routine / vaccini. Grazieeee
The doctor had arrived shortly before for the night shift / emergency. We brought our kitten who was not well. 19.30.
She handled the case flawlessly, despite the fact that she was obviously alone at that time and had a complicated case shortly before. Back home the kitten was immediately better and now she is here to thank ....) It was our first visit and so we took the opportunity to register her, for further routine tests / vaccines. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venerdì 18 febbraio purtroppo ho dovuto portare la mia Vicky gatta di 7 anni a fare l'eutanasia. Portata qui svariate volte per problemi al cuore. Andava sempre in edema polmonare. A parte i costi elevati, la cosa che più è stata strana è che ora mi fa più arrabbiare è che la prima volta non hanno trovato il problema dicendomi fosse infezione ai polmoni per inalazione di sostanze, dandogli la terapia sbagliata. Il dottore che mi disse questo fú Cossu Gavino. Per il resto posso solo che ringraziare la dott.ssa Silvia Pederzani e la segretaria Valerie. Ma soprattutto il dott. d'Alessandri che ha assistito con professionalità la mia cara Vicky per l'ultimo viaggio. Grazie. ?
Unfortunately, on Friday 18 February I had to take my 7-year-old cat Vicky to be euthanized. Brought here multiple times for heart problems. He always went into pulmonary edema. Aside from the high costs, the weirdest thing is that now it makes me more angry is that the first time they didn't find the problem by telling me it was lung infection from substance inhalation, giving it the wrong therapy. The doctor who told me this was Cossu Gavino. For the rest I can only thank Dr. Silvia Pederzani and the secretary Valerie. But above all, Dr. d'Alessandri who professionally assisted my dear Vicky for the last trip. Thank you. ?
