Niccolò e Marco, i due ragazzi che sono venuti, sono stati molto cordiali, gentili e professionali. Niccolò è stato molto chiaro nella spiegazione del tipo di problema e delle possibilità di intervento. Entrambi puntuali e veloci nell'esecuzione. Bravo anche Marco, che sta imparando il mestiere. Raramente mi sono trovata così bene con dei tecnici. Super consigliato! :) I have been having problems with the boiler for some time and after doing the cleaning just a few days ago I had to call again for an ignition problem. Niccolò and Marco, the two guys who came, were very friendly, kind and professional. Niccolò was very clear in explaining the type of problem and the possibilities of intervention. Both punctual and fast in execution. Marco is also good, learning the trade. I have rarely found myself so well with technicians. Super recommended! :)
c	cinzia verri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da 12 anni , e da Sebastiano Grande capo, a Fabio e poi ora grazie a Francesco stiamo gestendo la caldaia che fa la matta da un po’ di tempo .... devo dire che sono un team altamente specializzato e molto professionale . .... una nota dolente ... non si può stare 35 minuti in attesa x parlare con operatore che più ti mette in attesa , cade la linea e l’incubo riprende Spero che questa pecca venga messa a posto per poter dire che sono il top!!!!
