M	Monica Antonini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'altro ieri sera il mio cane si è messo a giocare e mordere un rospo il quale, per difesa, ha rilasciato un veleno che il mio cane ha ingoiato. Ha iniziato a stare male con convulsioni, bava bianca dalla bocca e tremori. Impossibilitata ad avvicinarmi per prenderlo e portarlo da un veterinario ho contattato telefonicamente 6 strutture che in internet riportavano ben chiara la dicitura "24 ore su 24 anche a domicilio"....mi hanno tutti risposto di portare il cane urgentemente perché in pericolo di vita e che nessuno sarebbe intervenuto. Nel panico ho chiamato un numero dove...con tutta tranquillità.... un Medico mi ha detto di somministrare latte freddo e miele....il mio cane ha riposato tutta la notte e al mattino era più vispo di prima!!! Ho cercato il numero ed ho scoperto che la clinica era questa. Il Medico si è dimostrato eticamente un Grande Professionista...ha tutta la mia stima e apprezzamento e sicuramente la mia testimonianza non si fermerà qui! Grazie per la professionalità, Dottore! Unable to get close to pick him up and take him to a veterinarian, I contacted 6 facilities on the internet that clearly reported the words "24 hours a day even at home" .... they all replied to bring the dog urgently because it is life threatening and that no one would intervene. In a panic I called a number where ... with all tranquility .... a Doctor told me to give cold milk and honey .... my dog rested all night and in the morning he was more lively than before !! ! I looked up the number and found that this was the clinic. The Doctor has ethically proved to be a Great Professional ... he has all my esteem and appreciation and certainly my testimony will not stop there! Thanks for the professionalism, Doctor!

Situazioni di estrema emergenza gestite al meglio, ha salvato per ben due volte la vita a due dei miei cani. Noi alle 21.30 abbiamo telefonato x un coniglio che stava malissimo. Ci siamo sentiti rispondere che l'esperto in esotici ci sarebbe stato il giorno seguente. E dov'è l'aal'assist 24h anche a domicilio di cui parlano nel loro sito??? Specialized clinic 24/7. Call the landline and let the specialized veterinarian come over. So it is written on the site.
