Si vede molto che ama il lavoro svolto e gli animali sia per come vengono trattati , sia per il risultato finale. L'ambiente è molto accogliente e soprattutto mi ricorda moltissimo l'asilo nido dei bambini!! Open Space ! Consigliatissimo! Friendly staff, very kind, very professional and capable. Ho richiesto di utilizzare prodotti ipoallergenici, ma evidentemente questa mia richiesta è stata ignorata. Il che ha portato la mia cucciola a contrarre una dermatite....bene, ma non benissimo. Sympathy and love for dogs ok, but that's not enough. No no no no, we are not there. I requested to use hypoallergenic products, but obviously my request was ignored. Which led my puppy to get dermatitis ... well, but not very well.

La mia cockerina aveva proprio bisogno di una bella lavata e tosata...cerco in internet , e dopo aver contattato due negozi che prima ancora di dirmi di si mi hanno riempito di domande ( ha tanti nodi, quanto è che non la lava, è brava, sta ferma, ma tagliarla così non va bene....ecc..ecc..)ho contattato "qua la zampa" e mi risponde una signora che senza alcuna domanda, se non la razza, mi fissa un appuntamento ... entro nel negozio e trovo una signora davvero cordiale e che capisce subito il mio cane e che tipo di tosatura voglio fare!!! Torno dopo un' oretta e la mia Laikina è perfetta ! Complimenti davvero, mi sento di consigliarla a tutti! I really wanted to congratulate the owner of this shop! Prima mi affidavo al veterinario che però lo sedava prima e poi una seconda controsedazione. Risultato: gatto rintronato e costi elevati. Casualmente ho conosciuto la mamma di Delia che mi ha consigliato di portare il gatto da lei in quanto non fa nessuna seduzione, risultato top! Anche con il secondo arrivato (gatto già adulto) è riuscita a lavarlo senza grosse difficoltà. Sarò forse fortunata ad avere 2 gatti bravi? Non so ma il tocco di Delia sicuramente c'è! ? Result: cat dazed and high costs. By chance I met Delia's mother who advised me to bring the cat to her as she does not do any seduction, top result! Even with the runner-up (already an adult cat) she managed to wash him without major difficulties. Will I be lucky to have 2 good cats? I don't know but Delia's touch is definitely there! ?
