Cani e gatti vengono trattati da principi e principesse durante la toelettatura e sugli scaffali c'è un assortimento immenso di prodotti con ottimi prezzi. Prendo un appuntamento per la mia cagnolina, e mi viene dato alle 16, i negozianti si presentano alle 16:15 per aprire il negozio, e ancora non era neanche arrivato colui che si occupa della toeletta. Dopo non essersi neanche scusati, e aver pagato con una cassiera scortese, mi accorgo che il prezzo era, PER LA TERZA VOLTA DI FILA, differente da quello pagato precedentemente. La prima volta in questo negozio ho pagato 12 euro, la seconda 13 e la terza 15. Posso garantire che il mio cane non è cresciuto a distanza di un mese, essendo ormai adulto! Questo comportamento fa capire la disorganizzazione e la poca professionalità di questo negozio. Unfortunately, after having frequented my Amici's bathroom several times, I must be disappointed with this shop and their services. I make an appointment for my dog, and it is given to me at 4 pm, the shopkeepers show up at 4:15 pm to open the shop, and the groomer hadn't even arrived yet. After not even apologizing, and paying with a rude cashier, I realize that the price was, FOR THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW, different from the one paid previously. The first time in this shop I paid 12 euros, the second 13 and the third 15. I can guarantee that my dog has not grown up after a month, being now an adult! This behavior suggests the disorganization and lack of professionalism of this shop.
