Da premettere che giorni prima mi è stato detto che non potevo prenotare, xchè non funziona a prenotazione. Oggi mi presento , e sgarbatamente e con maleducazione prima mi dice che avevano finito di fare tamponi, in un secondo luogo mi dice che dovevo prenotare. Nonostante ero andata il giorni prima a chiedere.. una cosa assurda dell' altro mondo. Non hanno nemmeno finito di fare il loro dovere fino alle 11. E sono di una maleducazione orribile!!
