Mi hanno sempre supportato e messo a mio agio. Un grazie speciale alla caposala gentilissima e all'ostetrica che era con me in sala operatoria di cui però non ricordo il nome. Clinica consigliatissima, sicuramente se dovessi aver bisogno tornerò. I was in the gynecological surgery department for an operation on 10.01. I had a great time, nice, competent, helpful staff. They have always supported me and put me at ease. Special thanks to the very kind head nurse and midwife who was with me in the operating room, whose name I can't remember. Highly recommended clinic, surely if I need I will come back.

Se posso fare un appunto, riguarda la modalità di ritiro degli esami e della cartella clinica, per avere i quali occorre presentarsi in sede, quando con un programma we-transfer si eviterebbero code e trasferimenti, che con la situazione odierna non sono molto piacevoli, soprattutto per chi, come me, abita fuori Torino. Il consiglio di aggiornarsi in questo campo è per la direzione. M	Mary Louise Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercate di avere più informazioni che potete sui costi, perché in questa clinica fanno di tutto per prendere quanti più soldi possibile dai clienti. Il medico ha sforato di 5 minuti il tempo previsto in sala operatoria, e per questo mi hanno addebitato 450 euro in più. Fate anche attenzione al tempo di permanenza. Mi hanno chiesto di arrivare due ore prima per il tampone Covid. Hanno poi iniziato a fare la procedura d'accettazione. Si sono rifiutati di confermare il preventivo che mi aveva fornito il medico, dicendo che non si poteva mai prevedere con esattezza. Quando ho insistito per avere almeno qualche indicazione chiara sui tempi di permanenza, mi hanno infine detto che c'era una grossa differenza di costi tra una permanenza inferiore o superiore alle quattro ore. A quel punto ho detto di bloccare tutto e che sarei tornata nella struttura un'ora e mezza dopo, perché è ovvio che arrivando due ore prima per il tampone, non c'era modo di riuscire a stare nelle quattro ore. Ho quindi girato a vuoto per un'ora e mezza in attesa di poter rientrare a fare l'accettazione, ma chissà quanto mi avrebbero addebitato in più, solo per stare dentro ad aspettare, se avessi fatto l'accettazione subito dopo il tampone. Infine, fatta eccezione per un paio di persone molto gentili, l'atmosfera generale non è stata per nulla accogliente.
