Hotel eccellente. Appena arrivati nella struttura siamo stati accolti da una gentilissima receptionist che ci ha illustrato l'incantevole storia dell'isola di Ortigia e i suoi luoghi più caratteristici. Camera mozzafiato, pulita e moderna, da cui si accede ad una bellissima (e grandissima) vasca idromassaggio privata, accompagnata da spumante, frutta fresca e cioccolatini. Altro punto a favore è sicuramente la posizione centrale dell'hotel, dal quale è possibile raggiungere facilmente ogni angolo della meravigliosa isola di Ortigia.

Struttura meravigliosa, arredata accuratamente nei minimi dettagli, pulizia è la parola d’ordine. Situata nell’antico quartiere Giudecca di Ortigia, posizione centralissima comoda per visitare l’isola a piedi o eventualmente con il servizio bici messo a disposizione dalla struttura. Il personale molto cordiale e il titolare della struttura si contraddistingue per accoglienza,disponibilità e professionalità. Un’ esperienza indimenticabile, a presto!!! Grazie Luca e Fina

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte in tre. Il personale è gentilissimo, sicuramente si distinguono per finezza e discrezione. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era bellissima, curata nei dettagli, molto pulita e con ottima biancheria. Assolutamente consigliato

Muy buena localización en el corazón de Ortigia! Parking público a 10-15 minutos andando por 15 euros/día, siendo difícil llegar hasta el alojamiento con el coche por la estrechez de sus calles. Se trata de habitaciones tipo suite con servicio tipo hotel (limpieza diaria de habitación, desayuno en habitación variado y abundante y recepción durante el día). Cama muy confortable y grande.

Ho soggiornato una notte insieme al mio fidanzato, nella suite con la vasca.. E davvero spero di poter tornare presto, perché è stato bellissimo, fin ora il migliore!! Staff accogliente, pulizia impeccabile! Tutto davvero perfetto?

The hotel is great: brand new, modern decoration, great beds, lovely bathroom, air conditionning if you need it (so quiet you can let it iddle at night), the place is very calm. The host were extremely helpfull, really kind (they even helped is park!) the breakfeast on the terrace was a delight especially with the delicious food served. It was worth every cent!

My family of four stayed there for 3 days. Really nice and clean suites. Super service from staff. The breakfast was at a cute roof terrace. Though the variety of food could have been a bit better. Superb location in Ortigia. We had a great stay!

2/5 stars for: great location and good breakfast (served in the room during corona times). Besides that, there is a lot you should consider before booking your stay here. We booked the room with the jacuzzi, as we wanted to treat ourselves to something fancy. For one night that's 229€. Pro's: The room is really big, decoration is fine and the bed was quite comfortable. Con's: 1. Jacuzzi: You can't control the water temperature and flow from your room. To do so, you always need to ask the staff... For us they first put the water on so hot, that we could not get into the jacuzzi without burning ourselves. Then it stopped working from 6pm until the next morning and as there wasn't anyone around or getting back to our request, we couldn't really use it then either. Only time we got to use it was the next morning, when there was a really good guy from reception setting up the jacuzzi in an enjoyable way. At least we got to dip in for a bit before our checkout at 11. So if you book this, with the hope to treat yourself to some jacuzzi fun, you might be disappointed. 2. Humidity: The humidity in the room is insane. Your clothes get damp and they try to cover the smell with intense room scents. There is some mold Already building up on the wall between the bathroom and bedroom. There is no proper air circulation. And a big downside is that the jacuzzi (when it's set up too hot) doesn't allow you to open your windows, as this will intensify the humidity in the room. When talking to the staff about this, they said that the whole building has an issue with humidity. 3. Quality of construction: you can tell that quality of construction is on the lower end. Walls are not sound isolated, so you'll hear everything that's happening on the levels above and at reception (as this room is on the lower ground). Looking at the tiles, both indoors and outdoors, the jacuzzi construction with untreated wood (which is already showing signs of water damage) and the low end materials used for the tap & shower amnesties. For me, this is not an acceptable quality for the price you pay. You can't just push the topic of humidity on the building, if you offer "premium" rooms, there needs to be a certain level of standard in maintenance, which definitely isn't the case here. Also if it is clear that there is a certain humidity in the building, this should be mentioned prior to booking. Just imagining how bad I would have felt if I had asthma or any allergies, this humidity would have been pure toxicity.
