★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A essayé de faire payer la taxe d'habitation à nos enfants de 4 et 5 ans alors qu'elle est redevable à partir de 12 ans. Nous avons dû chercher sur le site de Syracuse les justificatifs pour qu'il arrête son arnaque.
Tried to charge our 4 and 5 year old children housing tax when she is liable from 12 years old. We had to look on the Syracuse site for the supporting documents to stop his scam.

The B&B is clean, tidy and organized with every service. Towels, hairdryer, TV, internet and air conditioning. Excellent location in the center of Ortigia, the breakfast agreement with a very nice, welcoming and relaxing bar.
l owner very nice and helpful.
I highly recommend it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location, good breakfast and helpful staff. The one problem with this place is the room you receive. My parents got the regular room and it was a 5 star staying. Myself and my in-laws took the downstairs 4-people apt that is part of the same BB and we found many issues: the place was not up to the same standard (old furniture, appliances). It was a little moldy and humid and a little too tight for 4 adults. The real problem was the shower wasn't dispensing hot water and despite bring this up with the owner, no fix was offered. We found the downstairs apt really misleading.
