Il vostro supposto B&B presenta delle condizioni igieniche pessime, le lenzuola puzzano e sono tenute in locali sporchi. Inoltre il bagno è fatiscente: il bidet che si muove ed è rimovibile, il lavandino rotto, la doccia cui non si può accedere. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! SHAME ON YOU! The tourist reception is something that does not belong to you. Your supposed B&B has very bad hygienic conditions, the sheets stink and are kept in dirty rooms. Also the bathroom is crumbling: the bidet that moves and is removable, the broken sink, the shower where you can not access. Vettonia!

La casa è arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni confort: bagno privato, frigorifero comune, cortile interno ideale per la colazione. Siamo state accolte con ospitalità da una gentile signora dall' accento siculo che ci ha anche aiutate nella ricerca di un parcheggio. Questo fantastico alloggio ha sicuramente contribuito a rendere ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno in Sicilia. Non lasciatevi scappare l'opportunità di soggiornare presso questa struttura We stayed for two nights at this beautiful property, in the center of Ortigia. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort: private bathroom, common refrigerator, internal courtyard ideal for breakfast. We were greeted with hospitality by a kind lady with a Sicilian accent who also helped us in finding a parking space. This fantastic accommodation certainly contributed to making our stay in Sicily even more enjoyable. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this property
D	Diane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catastrophique !!! Ne correspond aucunement a ce que j'avais pris sur booking! On m'avais vendu une chambre lits jumeaux avec un balcon à la place j'ai trouver une chambre avec un lit double sans fenêtre (donc aucune aération hormis la porte) avec un couloir ouvert! Non un couloir n'est pas un balcon! De plus il est indiqué nulle part qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre, seul argument de la patronne face a ma claustrophobie : "la chambre est grande et de tout me façon vous allez être plus souvent a l'extérieur que dans la chambre". La patronne n'as pas voulu nous rembourser la chambre que nous avions payé pour deux nuits. Les désillusions ne sont pas fini ! La douches est une grande aventure le bac est cassé tout comme le robinet ! Un autre point important il est très facile de retrouver l'hôtel une fois dans la rue! Il suffit de suivre l'odeur d'égout qui s'en dégage constamment ! Il n'y a pas de wifi dans les chambres et de nombreux escaliers pour parvenir a la chambre ! En bref je déconseille fortement cet endroit est un cauchemar dans un endroit magnifique ! Trouvez un autre hôtel sur Ortigia! Catastrophic !!! Does not correspond to what I took on booking! I had been sold a twin room with a balcony instead I found a room with a double bed without a window (so no ventilation except the door) with an open corridor! No, a hallway is not a balcony! In addition it is nowhere indicated that there is no window, the only argument of the boss faced with my claustrophobia: "the room is large and anyway you will be more often outside than in the room". The boss didn't want to reimburse us for the room we had paid for for two nights. The disillusions are not over! The showers are a great adventure the tub is broken just like the tap! Another important point is that it is very easy to find the hotel once in the street! Just follow the smell of sewage that is constantly emanating from it! There is no wifi in the rooms and there are many stairs to reach the room! In short I strongly advise against this place is a nightmare in a beautiful place! Find another hotel in Ortigia!
N	Nicola Comunale Rizzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura non è facile da raggiungere in macchina e quindi bisogna portarsi la valigetta dal posteggio... che può capitare anche a 2 km. La camera è ricavata in uno spazio senza finestre e il bagno è ancora più interno con una aerazione del tutto insufficiente e un odore di fondo che ricorda gli scarichi sotterranei. Quindi igienicamente improponibile. Purtroppo l'avevamo prenotata per due giorni! La doccia penosa e lo scarico del lavandino lento. Per il bidè, un tubo con rubinetto. Niente shampoo. La prima sera per più di un'ora siamo rimasti senza luce, pur avendo avvisato il gestore. Insomma sconsigliabile! The structure is not easy to reach by car and therefore you have to bring your suitcase from the car park ... which can happen even 2 km away. The room is housed in a windowless space and the bathroom is even more internal with completely inadequate ventilation and a background odor reminiscent of underground drains. Therefore hygienically impractical. Unfortunately we had booked it for two days! Painful shower and slow sink drain. For the bidet, a hose with a tap. No shampoo. The first evening we were without light for more than an hour, despite having warned the manager. In short, not recommended!
M	Michela Totaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premessa doverosa per chi vuole prenotare : NON è un hotel 3 stelle come scritto su google. Ma un b&b...e per quello che può essere la mia umile opinione neanche troppo decoroso. Ci sono stata per 6 giorni. Dunque la mia stanza (io parlo solo per la mia) non aveva assolutamente il balcone come decantato perché quello che avevo era un semplice ballatoio comune, di passaggio quindi degli altri ospiti della struttura. Per non parlare della finestra nella stanza... mai vista una finestra cosi piccola (tra l'altro con l'unico affaccio sul cortile.... luce nella stanza ZERO.. il giorno e la notte non avevano differenza) e il bagno cieco senza bidet, ma con un doccino sul water per risciacquarsi. Arredamento che lasciamo stare.... letto con un materasso che non sto neanche a spiegare. Direi che SCONSIGLIO vivamente questa struttura ... nonostante lo stabile di per se sia anche molto bello e comodissimo per raggiungere i solarium sul mare in zona. Ovviamente non mi nascondo dietro una tastiera... ho già fatto presente tutto alla proprietaria. Che mi auguro rinnovi un po' i locali e faccia sistemare l'inserzione su internet. A necessary premise for those who want to book: it is NOT a 3-star hotel as written on google. But a b & b ... and for what may be my humble opinion not too decent. I was there for 6 days. So my room (I speak only for mine) had absolutely no balcony as praised because what I had was a simple common balcony, thus passing through the other guests of the structure. Not to mention the window in the room ... never seen such a small window (among other things with the only view on the courtyard ... light in the ZERO room ... day and night had no difference) and the bathroom blind without bidet, but with a shower on the toilet to rinse. Furniture that we leave alone .... bed with a mattress that I'm not even explaining. I would say that I strongly NOT RECOMMEND this structure ... despite the fact that the building itself is also very nice and very convenient to reach the solariums on the sea in the area. Obviously I don't hide behind a keyboard ... I have already mentioned everything to the owner. Which I hope will renew the premises a little and get the advert on the internet fixed.
