★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top floor room 3.1 has a gorgeous view of the alley with a Juliet balcony that allows you to people watch but also injoy the first rays of sunshine and the seabreeze that crosses the island. The room has a safe, aircon, minibar and it's own espresso machine and the TV even has audio in English if your Italian isn't that great like my it's my case the toilet is very good and the toiletries provided are gorgeous. There's literally nothing to fault. Marcelo & Milagros are delightful hosts and make you feel at home. I highly recommend Lemoni Suite

What makes B&B Lemoni Suites so outstanding are the hosts Marcelo & Milagros.
Their constant attention to details and personal involvement are focused on only one thing, making our stay special and memorable!
Marcelo is so experienced and resourceful, and knows immediately what you need!
We will definitely go back, and if anyone is looking for a special time in Siracusa, this is the place to be.

The quality of service and amenities of this little family run b&b should be what every accomodation seller should try to achieve. Every little detail has been thought about and taken care of. Can't get better in terms of comfort, service and price. We didn't want to leave.

Place so clean and the breakfast what can i say outstanding, so much choice available and very fresh. Also a great location close to everything you need. We cant wait to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ortigia, the talete parking lot is 5 minutes walking away and it's safe to leave the car there. Inside, the renovation and the interior design are remarkably nice and the owner is resourceful, professional and warm.
The breakfast at the nearby cafe is pleasant, the beds are comfortable and loved the capsule coffee machine in the room.
The assortment at breakfast is not huge, but it's sufficient for a standard Italian breakfast (croissant, juice, cereals, yogurt...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, I think this is a very comfortable B&B and is in great location. Location is right near the Piazza Archimedes, really close to everything in Ortigia.
The room was on the 2nd floor, very comfortable bed, nicely decorated, just the right size. Clean.
Breakfast was the best we had in Italy!
The reason for 4 stars is because we had two specific situations that we encountered. Two rooms didn't have hot water for a 1.5 days, but because the front desk is not staffed all the time, we could not get the hot water turned back until the next day. Not a big deal, but it was inconvenient.
The other thing was when we first arrived, there was no one there to open the door, so we were knocking on the front door for about 10 minutes. Finally the host came, so it was not a disaster, but we could not get in touch with the host earlier. I suggest figuring out your exact arrival time and making sure to communicate with the host in advance.
Other than that I though the place was fine for a short stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, central location, affordable and very clean room! Me and my partner stayed here for two nights! I could not emphasise how pleased we were with the room and service!! The receptionist, Lia, was sooo helpful throughout our whole stay! She helped recommend places to visit, shop and eat. Her costumer service was amazing she even started her shift, an hour earlier as we arrived a little before check in time and we didn’t want to carry our luggage around!
We stayed in the junior suite, the room was immaculate, the bathroom facilities were clean and new, also the bed was so comfortable we struggled to get up in the mornings! Would defo recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Syracuse, Ortigia !
