Be careful when they tell you that they have issued your car pass. They do not, therefore you may find yourself fined for transit not allowed in the Ztl area. They are not serious and take no responsibility. Get your online pass request and tax receipt released and claimant. Caution.

Smelly and dirty apartment, only the reception staff was very kind. The ad said sea view! Instead it was seen on the smelly garbage bosons waiting for you at the entrance. Although the apartment was large, it was falling apart, but it also does nothing if it weren't very dirty: the bathroom was smelly and the shower dirty. One room did not have an air conditioner but a kind of penguin that just made a disturbing noise without cooling the air accompanied by a fan full of dust. Then counting that we are at the time of covid 19, I was really disappointed.

First time he entered an unwelcoming structure .... the owners should really avoid making it available. The bathroom built in an under-staircase that in order to take a shower was like fitting the pieces of a puzzle .... hair dryer non-existent .. I called in the direction several times to be able to have it ... and READ WELL the sheets were put directly on the mattress. And in the double bed the bottom sheet were 2 SINGLE SHEETS placed sideways.

Decaying structure and in poor condition. Let's start from the absence of breakfast (breakfast they don't know what it means) from the lack of TV, hair dryer and worse than the mattress cover, absurd for such a structure. We pass for the sheets that instead of double are 2 bed sheets placed directly on the worn and old mattress, not to mention the network, those that in the 80s were already old, totally in iron, very uncomfortable. Kitchen without hob, very small bathroom, to go to the bided or to the toilet you go sideways. The small balcony overlooks the sea directly, but if you haven't done the anti-tetanus don't look out, there is more rust on that small railing than on the Titanic. The goodies, however, are the self-propelled shower tray that risks falling, the door frames detached, the bedside lamp on the bedside table but without a socket, the light wires hanging from the junction boxes with improvised slippers. Moral of the story, we didn't sleep there and went home. The best thing is that the property also paid to cancel our review on booking. Ridiculous.

I reluctantly write this review to warn future users of the residence. I booked this property through booking, the very attractive price of 50 € per night for an apartment in Ortigia, with a balcony overlooking the sea, had enticed me a lot. The problem is that the apartment in question, on booking, does not have photos (and luckily!) And you are convinced that you are still booking the apartment with balcony and view that you saw among the photos of the other available choices. In reality the apartment at the lowest price is a room located in Via Vittorio Veneto (in another area just compared to the other available apartments) of a dilapidation never seen before. Unfortunately, this is the first negative review I leave, but I find myself forced to do so because it feels too much of a mockery. Nothing to complain about the welcome, very kind and helpful ... but in this way it becomes easy to deceive customers. I attach photos of some details, but it is also good that I point it out: - bedside table with light bulb, but without an electric socket where to attach it: D - bathroom that if you went to a motorway restaurant was better, narrow and with a shower in disastrous conditions - balcony with a view (at least that was beautiful) with a certain percentage of getting tetanus, given the rust I invite the next users of the residence to pay attention to what you book. The other rooms are certainly beautiful but, I repeat, in this way it is unclear and the customers are misled. Funny note: we were down at the door with our luggage, when two people (maybe they lived there) asked us if we were staying overnight in the offending room. To our positive response they looked each other in the face as if to want to tell us something.
