G	Giuseppe Guerra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati a Siracusa, a due passi da Ortigia, siamo stati accolti, coccolati, ovattati dal proprietario di casa che ci ha messo a disposizione un'appartamento delizioso, ultra moderno(addirittura Dolby sourround) e con tutto ciò che si può desiderare per una vacanza....ci ha accompagnati e guidati nella nostra vacanza dandoci tutte le informazioni utili importanti per vivere a pieno e nel migliore dei modi, in spensieratezza.... Ortigia, che è davvero una bomboniera. Davvero non posso non fare i complimenti e dare 10 e lode a colui il quale ha reso reso la nostra vacanza unica e indimenticabile, facendoci sentire a casa e in famiglia.... Grandi... Davvero il Top????✨✨✨✨ Arrived in Syracuse, a stone's throw from Ortigia, we were welcomed, pampered, muffled by the homeowner who provided us with a delightful, ultra-modern apartment (even Dolby sourround) and with everything you could want for a holiday .... he accompanied and guided us in our holiday giving us all the important useful information to live fully and in the best way, in carefree .... Ortigia, which is really a favor. I really can't help but congratulate and give 10 and praise to the one who made our holiday unique and unforgettable, making us feel at home and in family .... Great ... Really the Top????✨✨ ✨✨
P	Paola Marino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabio è una persona speciale, è gentile ed è un ottimo consigliere, ti fa amare ortigia ancor prima di visitarla, è un padrone di casa pazzesco.. così come sono i suoi appartamenti, freschi, puliti, eleganti e centralissimi. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo adorato tutto.Lo consiglio vivamente. Il terrazzino privato della stanza poi.. un plus incedibile. Fabio is a special person, he is kind and he is an excellent adviser, he makes you love Ortigia even before visiting it, he is a crazy host .. as are his apartments, fresh, clean, elegant and very central. We had a great time, loved everything and highly recommend it. The private terrace of the room then .. a non-transferable plus.

Sala spaziosa con arredamento essenziale e di gusto, camera da letto con bagno attiguo che nulla ha da invidiare ai grand hotel. Completano i servizi una magnifica stazione TV con sound bar che danno suono alle emozioni. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione anche per il fatto che la struttura è collocata nel centro di Ortigia. Fabio vi assiste durante la permanenza nella casa con meticolosità anglosassone :) I stayed for work 2 nights in the Casa Fab apartment and had a great time. Spacious room with essential and tasteful furnishings, bedroom with adjoining bathroom that has nothing to envy to grand hotels. The services are completed by a magnificent TV station with sound bar that gives sound to emotions. I highly recommend this solution also for the fact that the structure is located in the center of Ortigia. Fabio assists you during your stay in the house with Anglo-Saxon meticulousness :)

La casa è molto luminosa, Il piccolo balconcino davvero grazioso, inoltre uno dei pezzi forti della casa è la tv con Netflix integrato e con delle casse Bluetooth collegabili al telefono con cui potrete sentire la vostra musica! Fabio è il migliore host che potrete mai incontrare, attento disponibile e preciso, ci ha dato molti ottimi consigli sull’isola e dintorni, sia per quanto riguarda luoghi di interesse che consigli pratici per ristoranti e bar! Siamo davvero soddisfatti! Se torneremo a Ortigia non avremo dubbi su dove alloggiare! The location is beautiful, in an ancient building but with a modern design! The house is very bright, the small balcony is really nice, moreover one of the highlights of the house is the TV with integrated Netflix and with Bluetooth speakers that can be connected to the phone with which you can listen to your music! Fabio is the best host you will ever meet, attentive, helpful and precise, he gave us many excellent tips on the island and its surroundings, both in terms of places of interest and practical advice for restaurants and bars! We are really satisfied! If we return to Ortigia we will have no doubts about where to stay!

Posizione fantastica, assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa, in pieno centro storico in un edificio d’epoca con un comodo parcheggio vicino( La Mesa ), comodissima per visitare la bellissima Ortigia. A pochissimi passi da piazza Archimede, duomo e ottimi ristoranti/pub. Struttura meravigliosa, moderna e decisamente confortevole, ben arredata, mentre la camera curata nei minimi dettagli è ampia, luminosa e pulitissima, con terrazzo privato fighissimo! Ma l’aspetto migliore è l’accoglienza di Fabio, persona estremamente simpatica, disponibile, preparata e gentilissima che ci ha guidato fin dall’inizio della nostra vacanza e pronto a darci ottimi suggerimenti e indicazioni utili per vivere al meglio l’isola. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno da Fabio, renderà la vostra vacanza unica e perfetta. Ortigia is beautiful but the stay at Casa Fab was wonderful. Fantastic location, absolutely quiet and peaceful, in the historic center in a period building with convenient parking nearby (La Mesa), very convenient for visiting the beautiful Ortigia. A few steps from Piazza Archimede, the cathedral and excellent restaurants / pubs. Wonderful structure, modern and very comfortable, well furnished, while the room with attention to the smallest details is large, bright and very clean, with a very cool private terrace! But the best aspect is the welcome of Fabio, an extremely nice, helpful, prepared and very kind person who guided us from the beginning of our holiday and ready to give us excellent tips and useful information to better enjoy the island. I highly recommend Fabio's stay, it will make your holiday unique and perfect.

Fabio è un proprietario disponibilissimo, e premuroso nei confronti dei sui ospiti. Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole visitare la splendida Siracusa e dintorni. A presto Paola We have just returned from Sicily, where we spent 4 wonderful days at Casa fab, Syracuse, an apartment with all possible comforts, 100 meters from the bridge that leads to Ortigia. Fabio is a very helpful owner, and caring towards his guests. I highly recommend to those who want to visit the beautiful Syracuse and its surroundings. See you soon Paola

If you’re looking for a unique experience in Ortigia, this is the place. Fabio receives every one with an open heart. He will give you maps, the best tips in restaurants, nearby beaches and sightseeing spots. Our 2 day stay with him was absolutely amazing. Highly recommendable.
