Nel periodo mite e fresco consiglio la passeggiata dal versante sulmontino , mentre in estate è sconsigliato , fà molto caldo , quindi consiglio la partenza da passo San Leonardo , dove il sentiero , almeno nella parte iniziale è più ombroso , si passa in una faggeta . Non ci sono fontane
 A beautiful and intense walk. In the mild and cool period I recommend the walk from the sulmontino side, while in summer it is not recommended, it is very hot, so I recommend starting from Passo San Leonardo, where the path, at least in the initial part is more shady, passes through a beech forest. There are no fountains
