Sorvolo sui tempi di consegna promessi e non mantenuti, sorvolo sul problema hardware del notebook già da quando arrivato la prima volta e risolto cambiando un hard disk ma mettendone uno diverso rispetto al preventivo e alla fattura, ma la cosa veramente negativa sta che la "bestia" che avevo acquistato funzionava peggio di un portatile che costa meno della metà. A questo punto provo a chiamare al numero di cellulare il signore che ha seguito la mia vendita, ma non risponde mai nessuno, scrivo messaggi, niente. Decido di chiamare direttamente l'assistenza della casa che produce il notebook che al telefono, in due minuti mi spiega cosa fare per risolvere il problema. È passato più di un anno da questa storia e ho acquistato altre 2 macchine importanti, ovviamente non da loro.
