A	Alessandro Marcheselli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo portato la mia macchina fotografica Nikon d7200 per la PULIZIA DEL SENSORE (la macchina fotografica funzionava benissimo e non aveva nessun difetto prima della pulizia) presso FOTO CINE SNC. Oltre i tempi lunghissimi che hanno, ho speso 70euro, per una pulizia fatta malissimo, usando cose non specifiche per la pulizia del sensore. NON DICENDOMI NULLA mi sono trovato la macchina rotta, con l'otturatore e sensore danneggiato. ho dovuto spendere 140 euro sentendomi dire che ERA UN DIFETTO DI QUELLA MACCHINA e che il sensore era rotto e che doveva essere cambiato. Dopo quasi un mese non avevo ancora la mia macchina fotografica e più volte ho chiamato chiedendo a che punto fossero. Allora HO CAMBIATO OFFICINA riprendendomii la macchina fotografica (e mi hanno restituito i 140 euro), PORTANDOLA da uno specialista, e costui ha scoperto che la macchina era stata aperta e in qualche modo danneggiata ancora di più NON USANDO LE GIUSTE ATTREZZATURE E senza averla riparata. IN UNA SETTIMANA QUESTO UFFICIO AUTORIZZATO MI HA RIPARATO LA MACCHINA FOTOGRAFICA CAMBIANDO L'OTTURATORE e facendomi la pulizia del sensore. SCONSIGLIO assolutamente questa officina FOTO CINE SNC (anche se molto accoglienti), per riparazioni macchine fotografiche o pulizie del sensore che sembra una banalità ma a quanto pare si vanno a toccare cose delicate. MI DISPIACE CHE NON MI ABBIANO AVVISATO DEL PROBLEMA. penso che lo sappiano che non si tratti di un gioco la macchina fotografica, ma se c'è un problema bisogna dirlo e non nascondere le cose, prendendosi le proprie responsabilità. I had brought my Nikon d7200 camera for SENSOR CLEANING (the camera worked great and had no defects before cleaning) at FOTO CINE SNC. Besides the very long times they have, I spent 70euro, for a very bad cleaning, using non-specific things for cleaning the sensor. TELL ME NOTHING I found the car broken, with the shutter and sensor damaged. I had to spend 140 euros being told that IT WAS A DEFECT IN THAT MACHINE and that the sensor was broken and that it had to be changed. After almost a month I still didn't have my camera and I called several times asking how far they were. So I CHANGED WORKSHOP taking back my camera (and they gave me back the 140 euros), TAKING it to a specialist, and he discovered that the car had been opened and somehow damaged even more NOT USING THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT AND without having it repaired . IN ONE WEEK THIS AUTHORIZED OFFICE REPAIRED MY CAMERA BY CHANGING THE SHUTTER and cleaning the sensor. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this FOTO CINE SNC workshop (even if very welcoming), for camera repairs or sensor cleaning which seems trivial but apparently you go to touch delicate things. I'm sorry they didn't warn me about the problem. I think they know that the camera is not a game, but if there is a problem you have to say it and not hide things, taking responsibility for it.

Che dire? M'è spiaciuto, ma giocoforza ho dovuto cambiare riparatore. Io vado da chi il lavoro me lo fa e non da chi me lo rifiuta... M	Mitaux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesi e molto disponibili, purtroppo ho lasciato la macchina fotografica per la pulizia sensore e mi è stata restituita per due volte con il sensore e le lenti ugualmente sporchi. Inoltre nelle lavorazioni hanno smontato la macchina in modo approssimativo, ragion per cui il selettore scene che prima funzionava correttamente ora funziona solo se mosso in un senso ma non nell'altro. Alla terza richiesta non hanno risposto alla mia mail ragion per cui facendo eseguire le lavorazioni da un altro laboratorio dove hanno eseguito queste diagnosi. Un peccato perché si tratta di un negozio vecchio stile di quelli che stanno scomparendo. In pochi giorni sono stati utilissimi, lavoro riuscito alla perfezione per tutte e tre le ottiche, cortesi, e costo devo dire che mi aspettavo di più.. CI ritornerò! I brought three vintage m42 optics which I love for a clean up / fix. In a few days they were very useful, work managed to perfection for all three optics, courteous, and at a cost, I must say that I expected more .. I'll be back!
