Costruita nel ‘700, la facciata è ornata da nicchie con statue di Santi, bello il portale.Interno a navata unica, con tre cappelle per lato.
The church of Santa Maria della Provvidenza, better known as the Alcantarine by the nuns who occupied the adjacent demolished monastery, is a church in the ancient village of Lecce. A beautiful baroque church, near Porta Napoli.
Built in the 1700s, the facade is adorned with niches with statues of saints, the portal is beautiful, with a single nave interior and three chapels on each side.
