Sorge nella centralissima Piazza Sant'Oronzo, di fronte all'Anfiteatro romano. La chiesa venne innalzata in seguito al ritrovamento di un affresco della Madonna, databile al XIV secolo. Venne edificata negli ultimi decenni del Cinquecento su disegno del teatino Michele Coluccio da Rossano Veneto, nelle forme care al gusto della Controriforma. Fu parrocchia dal 1606 al 1958. Il prospetto si presenta elegante e risulta spartito da una trabeazione, dominata da un profondo timpano ad arco, in due ordini. A loro volta gli ordini sono divisi in tre zone da colonne e paraste corinzie. Nell'ordine inferiore si apre un portale riccamente decorato, sormontato da un piccolo timpano con l'immagine della Vergine col Bambino ed angioletti. Tra le colonne sono scavate quattro nicchie, delle quali due ospitano le statue di San Pietro e di San Paolo. Nell'ordine superiore è presente una finestra ornata di balaustra e fiancheggiata da colonne. The church of Santa Maria della Grazia is a religious building in Lecce built in the Baroque era. In turn, the orders are divided into three areas by Corinthian columns and pilasters. In the lower order there is a richly decorated portal, surmounted by a small tympanum with the image of the Virgin and Child with little angels. Four niches are dug between the columns, two of which house the statues of St. Peter and St. Paul. In the upper order there is a window decorated with a balustrade and flanked by columns.

Church in front of the Roman amphitheater. It was closed. I don't know if the interior is beautiful. But the outside in my concept is very common.

(Agosto 2019) La iglesia se construyó tras la aparición de un fresco de la Virgen del siglo XIV, según las formas empleadas en esos tiempos por el espíritu de la Contrarreforma. Tiene sobre la puerta un bonito tímpano con una imagen de la Virgen y otra del Niño Jesús como Salvator Mundi (con la esfera de la tierra es sus manos), rodeado de ángeles. Tiene además cuatro nichos entre las columnas. Arriba están vacíos y en el plano inferior se encuentran las estatuas de Pedro y Pablo.
