Stranded single female traveler, fortunately I speak Italian and have friends and phone here in Italy. The following day they did eventually agree to give me a refund , but only after being made to feel like somehow it was my fault. I can understand that they left, as other passengers from the same flight had arrived and but they didn't have to wait for luggage. Very unhelpful, stressful to deal with and zero customer service.
