★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assenza totale nel seguire la procedura di posticipo di un viaggio gia' prenotato, menefreghismo anche nella procedura di rimborso assicurativo gia'previsto con il rischio di farci perdere parecchi soldi. Inoltre procedura di check -in fatta in maniera autonoma e se avessimo aspettato il proprietario avremmo perso anche il secondo viaggio. Assolutamente non consigliata
Total absence in following the procedure of postponing a trip already booked, indifference also in the insurance reimbursement procedure already foreseen with the risk of making us lose a lot of money. In addition, the check-in procedure was done independently and if we had waited for the owner we would have lost the second trip as well. Absolutely not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although for several years I have booked my own flights online (I travel a lot so I've gotten very good at that), I was having difficulties finding a convenient route from Southern Italy to California, so with little hopes but not knowing what else to try (and based on the great reviews that Coral Travel has in Google Reviews) I decided to give Coral Viaggi a try. It was fun to watch Marco's concentration on his keyboard trying all of possible alternatives; he obviously was a "man on a mission". After half hour of hammering his keyboard he not only found me a very convenient route but at lower price than the best I had found on my own. Now I know why they had such great reviews! And I also know where I'll go for all my future travel needs... Thanks Marco and Coral Viaggi!
