★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Chiesa e l'annesso convento dominano Piazza Busacca. La facciata, molto elegante, è in stile rococò, evoluzione del tardo barocco. All'interno, mi ha stupito la presenza di tanto bianco (forse qualcosa è andato perduto nel restauro?). I colori sono comunque presenti in alcune splendide tele. In una nicchia, dietro l'altare, si ammira la statua della Madonna del Carmine, con Gesù Bambino: la sua veste è in argento sbalzato.
 The Church and the adjoining convent dominate Piazza Busacca. The facade, very elegant, is in the Rococo style, an evolution of the late Baroque. Inside, I was amazed by the presence of so much white (maybe something was lost in the restoration?). The colors are still present in some beautiful canvases. In a niche, behind the altar, you can admire the statue of the Madonna del Carmine, with the Infant Jesus: his robe is in embossed silver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima chiesa con decori interni in gesso bianco e blu,molto spaziosa e con una bella statua in argento che rappresenta la Madonna del Carmelo alla quale è dedicata la chiesa. Situata in una bella piazza dove troneggia la statua del benefattore Pietro Busacca.

First church you meet when coming from the north. The façade and the square it overlooks are beautiful. Inside, the wooden pulpit stands out for its size.
