Ho mangiato la migliore trippa di sempre e un'ottima bistecca. Servizio piuttosto veloce ed efficiente. Ragazze sveglie. Prezzi adeguati.Unico neo il nostro tavolo era troppo vicino alla porta e il freddo entrava insieme ai clienti... The location is an ancient villa converted into a restaurant with themed rooms and free spaces. Fine furniture and paintings complete the furnishings. I ate the best tripe ever and a great steak. Pretty fast and efficient service. Cute girls. Adequate prices.The only drawback our table was too close to the door and the cold came in with the customers ...

Unica nota negativa essendo un martedì sera à cena, quindi non affollato, la tagliata etrusca e' arrivata fredda, la cameriera ovviamente riportata calda..... Diciamo che il personale dovrebbe avere piu attenzione, considerando il grande livello del Ristorante. Very nice restaurant, chic furnished., Honest prices. Friendly and kind staff, excellent food. Passando al cibo abbiamo preso tagliere misto molto molto buono, di primi abbiamo presto la gricia che era molto buona e poi un primo consigliato dal personale che mi ha fatto leccare i baffi, entrambi i primi erano abbondanti, di secondo abbiamo preso le tagliate di manzo, le quali erano cotte alla perfezione e molto buone. Per poi finire con i dolci che erano tutti superlativi soprattutto il tiramisù consigliato dal cameriere che non ho parole per descrivere la sua bontà. Prezzo nella norma....... Stra consigliato

Il luogo dove andare e dove ritornare, per assaggiare specialità umbre oppure sushi. Prezzi bilanciati, personale gentile, accoglienza ottima. Consigliatissimo! Da Cesare a Spello is not the usual restaurant, it is a place where you feel at home, where quality, courtesy and good taste come first. R	Romina Battistini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante dalla location esterna meravigliosa, interna abbastanza ricercata retro e vintage. Cibo ricercato, ben presentato e gustoso. Pasta tartufo e pistacchio ottima dove il tartufo prevaleva anche sul pistacchio. Brasato ottimo anche oltre le aspettative. Come dolce ci e stato presentato il panettone ma rivisitato in modo semplice ha ottenuto un sapore gradevole e gustoso. Ampia scelta di vini. Restaurant with a wonderful outdoor location, a fairly sophisticated retro and vintage interior. Refined, well presented and tasty food. Excellent truffle and pistachio pasta where the truffle also prevailed over the pistachio. Braised excellent even beyond expectations. Panettone was presented to us as a dessert, but revisited in a simple way it obtained a pleasant and tasty flavor. Wide choice of wines.

Ci tengo a specificare che noi avremmo voluto prendere sushi e pizza (come da menu’ e da foto sul sito) ma ci hanno detto solo in loco, che non sono disponibili a pranzo (sul sito sono sponsorizzati ma non è specificato solo a cena). Abbiamo preso un antipasto, (tagliere di salumi) non troppo abbondate ma giusto, dove si possono degustare salumi e formaggi tipici del posto e devo dire che erano tutti molto buoni, saporiti e gustosi. Come primi, abbiamo preso: gnocchi tartufo e cinghiale, umbrichelli al tartufo e pistacchi. Gli gnocchi erano buonissimi, fatti di patate con una cottura ottima che non si attaccavano per niente sui denti, la carne di cinghiale si scioglieva in bocca, poco olio (il giusto) ne avrei mangiati altri. Per gli umbrichelli invece, a mio parere mancava una proteina, che poteva essere un po’ di macinato o altro, perché mangiandoli si ha la percezione che manchi qualcosa. Il pistacchio essendo meno forte del tartufo quasi non si sentiva, e quindi sembrava di mangiare classica pasta con il tartufo. Il mio consiglio personale è di aggiungere un po’ di carne e meno olio. Per finire abbiamo preso i dolci, millefoglie scomposta (superlativa) e una crostata reinventata fatta in casa, che non descrivo, la dovete provare (spaziale). Ci torneremo sicuramente, il posto è molto intimo ed abbiamo passato una piacevole giornata. Personale molto gentile. With my partner, we went to this location on Sunday for lunch. I would like to specify that we would have liked to take sushi and pizza (as per the menu and photos on the site) but we were told only on site, that they are not available for lunch (on the site they are sponsored but it is not specified only for dinner) . We took an appetizer, (platter of cold cuts) not too abundant but right, where you can taste typical local meats and cheeses and I must say that they were all very good, tasty and tasty. As first courses, we took: truffle and wild boar gnocchi, umbrichelli with truffles and pistachios. The gnocchi were very good, made of potatoes with excellent cooking that did not stick to the teeth at all, the wild boar meat melted in the mouth, a little oil (the right one) I would have eaten more. For the umbrichellis, on the other hand, in my opinion, a protein was missing, which could be a little ground or something else, because by eating them you have the perception that something is missing. The pistachio being less strong than the truffle was almost not felt, and therefore it seemed to eat classic pasta with truffles. My personal advice is to add a little meat and less oil. Finally we took the desserts, decomposed millefeuille (superlative) and a reinvented homemade tart, which I do not describe, you have to try it (spatial). We will definitely be back, the place is very intimate and we had a pleasant day. Very nice staff.
